This version of Learning “How to Say Goodbye” is great. Three lads never sounded so full. Nice job. Ariel’s stuff is so “its own thing” … part blues, part R&B, part sing-songwriter, part guitar hero. Feel lucky to have stumbled across his material back during COVID.

Looking to buy a standard guitar that I’ll convert to a baritone.

Whatever brand strings you use, check out one of the websites where they have a string tension calculator - so you can work out what gauge strings to use for it to be tuned baritone but still the same tension as your standard tuning guitars.
This is what I did on my Squier Jazzmaster, which is tuned to B standard, and it feels great to play.

Would it be wise tho to do baritone conversion on semi hollow guitars?
Would slide work on 9/46 gauge? My action is actually high enough to play slide but I dont want to change to a higher gauge because that would mean that I need to make adjustments again and most guitar stores is actually far from my home.
Honestly I think any gauge can work, its just about how you have the guitar set up. Try it out!
