My TouchPad no longer worked after my last Win update. Your video helped! I justneed to View the hidden devices as you show then my HID compliant device was under Mice devices then followed your instructions to start the device. Tried to update drivers but it said they were up to date, restarted and my cursor was back!

@@xchishti1 u need to reinstall Windows, i vê seen more than 60 videos and the o ou solution is reseting Windows fully, ir ir mousse dont work, Theres an option that makes ir cursor move with Number pad keys

@@iyrazugauga that was the last option i wanted to consider but somehow i managed to fix it without reinstalling the windows. i spent 6 hours watching videos on youtube and did each and everything they told me to but nothing worked out. the fix was so simple that i started laughing after being exhausted like hell trying to fix it without the cursor. so these are the steps
1 device manager
2 mice & pointing devices
3 select your device
4 driver
5 update driver
6 browse my computer for drivers
7 let me pick from a list of available drivers
8 replace your driver with any of the following
problem fixed simple is that.
it happens because you accidentally delete or maybe update your driver that doesn’t support your pc. anyways thanks for the reply
