Excellent finish on your products 👍👍👍👍
Thank you 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you for sharing. We are hoping to switch over to water base painted in the coming weeks. How long does it take to dry between coats roughly ?
I use AC paint at the moment and the drying time is very good
Hi no problem at all 👍🏻 in our booth we do have good air flow , occasionally add in fans plus we have a woodwaste heater downstairs which does keep the building at a good temperature - on the waterbased it’s touch dry within a few hours - anything finishing / topcoat we usually do afternoons and leave each side to fully cure overnight before turning just as one of our habbits - we do typically have a busy booth so there’s usually always something else to prep and prime in the times between drying for us -
I did find the precat, AC & PU quicker drying times but nothing majorly that affects our process with the work we do , for us the smell , clean up and just general overall ease of use over powers that for us on decent W/B👍🏻
I use a gxff as normal airless, do you find the dead band/drop in pressure not to much with adding the air assist? What aaa gun you using?
Hi no not at all, we really find it great adding the airline - once got pressure right and a nice air pressure together it does give us a nice finish
we use a performa AA gun with this set up 👍🏻
