I've seen Patti 3 times in the 23 years I've been alive and she does not disappoint. The first time it was rained out in Baltimore. I stood outside in the rain for 30 mins. Alot of people started going home and once she saw that she got on stage in the rain and sang her but off. No Mic! Outside and I could hear her clear as day. It was worth the three songs.

The Undisputed Greatest Diva of them all and I say this loving Aretha, Gladys, Dioone, Whitney, Mariah and all the other great female singers because Patti is simply a cut above them all in her vocal and emotive abilities. I've got 60+ years of constant experience listening to all of them and the inner ears know who is who. Patti is Number ONE!!!

I enjoyed this concert so, so much. I was thinking of an longtime friend who's 60th birthday is today. I dug up some old pics when we were getting ready to go to a Patti concert--April, 1980 in Baltimore, MD. I felt as if we were there! This is my favorite Patti’s concert ever. From the hits “Lady Marmalade”, “New Attitude” to the show stopping Diva Medley to her soulful rendition of “You’re My Friend” ending with the ICONIC “Over the Rainbow” that in my honest opinion is the greatest version since the original by the legendary Judy Garland. The level of soul, excellence, energy and power are out of this world. I’ve cried so many times watching this, when she sings you can feel the presence of God in her voice, she was blessed with one of the most special gifts from heaven Long live to the Godmother of Soul!!!
She goes UP THE STAIRS, offstage, still singing @ 100% accappella after more than an hour of that shit!! Unbelievable. There's only ONE WOMAN on this earth whose ground that she walks on I would worship.

I've seen Patti 3 times in the 23 years I've been alive and she does not disappoint. The first time it was rained out in Baltimore. I stood outside in the rain for 30 mins. Alot of people started going home and once she saw that she got on stage in the rain and sang her but off. No Mic! Outside and I could hear her clear as day. It was worth the three songs.
