IRL Sablin was a sailor in the Soviet Navy who tried to overthrow the corrupt USSR in order to bring it closer to communist ideals.
The reason this obscure nobody is recommended to you is because he is an important figure and a meme in alternative history fiction "The New Order", where he's one of the warlords left in the wake of USSR losing to Nazi Germany.
