This video is a tutorial of G2 Guardian thermal APP.
We just shipped almost all pre-ordered G2 Guardian. Really appreciate for all the waiting.

Респект! Молодцы. Я думаю туристы и охотники сейчас порадовались, а инженеры немного приуныли. Из пожеланий: применить тепловизионный модуль все таки с большим диапазоном до +550 гр, сделать функцию наложения термографии с фото для четких снимков микроизображений. И тогда будут довольны все, и охотники и инженеры 😊. Надеюсь в обновленной версии PRO это учтут, в общем есть куда стремиться. Удачи Вам и еще раз респект за проделанную работу!

I purchased this phone a month ago and I'm completely in love with it. It works flawlessly.
I only have one question about it: Would it be possible for future updates for the thermal app to, in the custom palette mode, have the option to add or subtract color layers? for cases where the user needs more or less contrast in the image.

I think you already can do that with current software.
1. when you customize your palette, choose similar color for less contrast (ex. deep green, green, and light green), and complete different color for higher contrast. (ex. black and white, red and blue...)
2. Sclcect temperature measure mode, change to Manuel mode on the right of the screen, then you can change different temperature range for color displaying.
@@AGMMobile yeah, I tried it and it works great, but I meant for the option to add more color layers if the user wishes to. For example, we currently have four color layers to custom, but it would be great to add a fifht or subtract one to have just three. That's what I meant.
Anyway, I'm completely satisfied with the product and I'm looking forward to keep it for a really long time. Thanks a lot!!
Talking of updating applications, I would say that transmissions of some of thermal data with tcp/udp would be amazing!
what kind of thermal data we are talking about here
@@AGMMobile a 256×192 matrix with colors data (0x0 0xFF). That might have VERY interesting artistic applications and or software applications for makers.

Same! I'm pumped. I work in land management. Koala spotting, locating pest animals, finding fire hot-spots. At present I have to return to base and come back with a standalone thermal scope. This is going to be a game changer for me.

Like the competing Doggee V20, V20 Pro and V31 GT, I'm curious as to why this AGM G2 Guardian marketing video doesn't mention the G2 Pro also includes a Thermoptic Fusion function (as the AGM Fuzion LRF does), called Dual-light fusion in the G2 Pro's Thermal Camera App?

I have ordered the device. Please please please deploy VoLTE and VoWifi support for Australian carriers if you haven't already. Our 3G networks are being progressively shut down now. Without VoLTE and VoWifi we will very soon not be able to make phone calls with any device. This is crucial. I hope it works out of the box these days, but stranger things have happened from some pretty major manufacturers.
There shouldn't be any problems with that.

The thermal imaging camera stopped working and continued to load when the App was opened without showing any signs of continuing.
It was not exposed to trauma or strong heat sources, and I initialized the cell phone 4 times. I'm in

I have the g2 guardian since 2 month i guess . Recenty my finger print sensor dont work anymore.
After restarting the fingerprint function in the settings also gone.
I have banking apps ,the fingerprint function is important.
Is this a hardware or spftware problem?
We have found several similar case and it seems to be hardware problem, contact wherever you bought it and we will arrange a replacement for you.
Edited: it's a hardware problem which we can fix it right now, in repair centers located in Los Angeles & German.

H, sudently, fingerprint sensor desapered from settings?? No fingerprint even after hard reset my agm g2 guardian, can someone have the package APK of the app fingerprint, I will try to reinstall, hope the problem is not material?😊

My AGM Guardian arrived yesterday.
I was very happy until I tried to use the thermal viewer application and... it doesn't load, the application screen stays with a message that says "Loading" and it doesn't do anything else 😱
I have reset the phone to factory settings 2 times and it is still the same.
What I can do?

@@AGMMobile Disculpe que le moleste de nuevo, pero al ser uno de los diseñadores, ¿me puede aclarar algo? Me dicen en ese departamento que tengo que mandarlo al almacén de Alemania para que lo revisen los técnicos, que si fuera un problema del dispositivo me mandarían otro nuevo, pero que si me mandan otro nuevo, están pendientes de una actualización de software y me tendría que esperar a dicha actualización para que no hubiera problemas con la térmica.... que es justamente lo que me ha pasado con el mío, que se actualizó de forma automática nada más empezar a configurar el teléfono y ya no corría la aplicación de la térmica. Se lo voy a enviar para que lo revisen, entiendo que para eso no habría que abrir el teléfono y manipular su interior ¿no?, porque si acabo de comprar un teléfono nuevo, que no he podido usar aún y ya lo tienen que reparar interiormente perdería las garantías de estanqueidad originales y ya no me daría confianza. ¿podría aconsejarme sobre esto? No sé cómo proceder. Gracias.

Yo os lo mando y lo solucionáis. Si no podéis solucionarlo sin romper su estanqueidad, mandadme uno nuevo que funcione correctamente con el software adecuado ya solucionado. Sólo os pido agilidad, porque ahora sigo con mi antiguo móvil con la pantalla rota y no sé cuánto más va a aguantar. ¿Dónde, cómo y cuándo tengo que mandar el teléfono móvil?"

So it can really scan thermal at 800 m. ?
AGM G2 Guardian's max thermal detection range is
1. 500m for human size objects,
2. 1000m for little van size objects.
When we say max detection range, it means at this distance, you will be able to see a little dot displayed on the screen.
If you want to recognize the object, the range will be shorter.

DO NOT BUY. . . I paid for the guardian G2 and they sent me the guardian which was way cheaper and inferior, pius I got hit with a tax bill from customs so had to pay tax on the g2 because thats what was on my invoice but received the cheaper phone. the customer service ivbeen dealing with is a joke too, 3 months later and nothing has happened and they don't plan on resolving the mix up. in summery DO NOT BUY
Sorry for this man, which customer service channel you were contacting? and where did you purchased on?
I dug what's going on. The warehouse ship the wrong product and at the meanwhile, a Thai guy received a G2 Guardian and he paid for a regular G2. Our customer service asked for evidence of mis-shipping, like the package and the label, and she was not asking for us, but for warehouse to cover this damage. For you, we will send you a G2 Guardian, as soon as they receive the wrong phone back from you. That's what I got for you. Feel free to come back here if you need more help, and sorry for this mess. It's not a regular thing trust me.
