    细砂糖 sugar 80g / 1/3cup
    卡士达粉 custard powder 100g / 1cup
    玉米粉 cornstarch 20g / 2Tbsp
    罐头碎玉米粒 cream style sweet corn 400g / 1 can
    椰奶 coconut milk 200ml
    香斓葉 pandan leaves 3

    I made this today. Changed only the water and coconut milk proportions, since I was using homemade coconut milk which was not very thick, hence used 600ml water with 400ml coconut milk. Result was delicious. Such an easy recipe and beautifully made video. Thanks so much for sharing! ♥️

    This an old recipe which I've been looking for. What I did was I added 400 ml water n 400 ml coconut milk with a pinch of salt.Turned out very well, tq for the the age old recipe!

    Much appreciated the recipe I definitely will make this as I love sweetcorn pudding. But it could have been a short 3 mins easy simple video to show how it was done. I had to fast forward. Sorry just me!

    I tried pandan powder instead (about 1 teaspoon) which I would not recommend. Tasted a little bitter and I personally did not like that taste... However, I will certainly make this pudding again, either with the real panda leaves or none!

    We always made that kind of pudding in my country and we always eat it with some evaporated milk

    I tried your recipe! 😀The thing is I was soo excited to make it that I missed out the part you said cook on low heat!! HHAHA Mine was cook on high so it cooked pretty fast! Anyway it turned out pretty well (I think)! I tasted some from the pan and it tasted soooo yumm! Sweetness is just nice! For those sweet tooth people, they might want to add abit more sugar! Mine is still on cooling period and I can't wait to cut it up!! Thank you for sharing the recipe, Apron!! Big fan!!! Stay safe! 🌷🥰🌷🥰

    Followed the same but inside is too soft land not firm as video what can I do add a bit more custard flour?

      I think you did not cook it long enough over the flame/fire. It's happened to me before, using a different recipe. I didn't want to overcook it but in the end, it didn't harden completely.

      Or lessen the water 600ml instead of 800..cook slowly longer time

      你好,可以適量的增加甜度,不喜歡太軟可以多煮一會增加玉米糊的粘稠度,玉米糕的口感就會比較扎實
