nope oxygen concentrator using pressure swing adsorption can never get 100% oxygen. Maximum possiblity is 92-95 %. It has Zeolite not zircon. Zeolite is a molecular sieve. Usually used is 3A or 5A molecular sieve for oxy concentrator. Due to how adsorption works you can never get 100% oxygen hence the name oxygen concentrator(increase the concentration and not remove everything else).
