I failed all my mock tests and passed first time in my test 2 weeks ago. Failing mock tests can make you lose confidence and feel like you're not test ready but believe me, making mistakes in your mocks is probably the best thing as it engraves in your mind and you're unlikely to do it in your real test.
Same. I never passed a mock test. Then passed first time. One of my instructors wouldn't let me take my test because I failed all my mock tests. When I moved instructors I did one Mick test and failed and he still said I was ready. I passed 3 weeks ago. Most surreal moment ever when he said I'd passed as I was convinced I'd failed. I was driving back to the test centre thinking what I'm gonna do next shall I try in another town. Then he said I'd passed I was in shock 😂
@@chrisbee487 I thought I failed 2 mins into my test, I was shocked when he told me I passed and he marked the fault as a minor lol. I still can't believe I hold a full licence
@@kaymarich831 yeah I had similar. I overtook a bus when it was parked off. Just as I overtook it started to move off. I was convinced it was a fail. The examiner said it wasn't dangerous as no traffic was coming the other way. But yeah I still can't believe I hold a full license. No longer I have to ride my bike to do my shopping with a heavy bag on my back 🥵
I passed my first test on the 31st October w/ zero minors, and your channel, including others, have been a MASSIVE help over the course of my driving lessons. Thank you. 💙
The “New Music” part was so random and funny. I hope Phoebe does well whenever her real test comes. She reminds me of how I used to be. Just getting confused over roundabouts and questioning random things and getting into your own head lol. She’ll do well with more confidence I’m sure.
I came across your videos recently Pin and really enjoy watching them. I live in Australia so our road rules are pretty much the same. My hubby & I really enjoyed traveling around the UK a few years ago. I actually think I’ve become a better driver watching your videos. Thanks Pin! 😊
the new music tune I think is great and not sure if others realize but Phoebe the learner was also doing her own tune by tapping on the steering wheel.
She definitely needs some more lessons, I used to make the mistake she did with roundabouts but once I understood how the lanes worked, I no longer make that mistake. She needs a bit more awareness by checking her mirrors, and not rushing on junctions/roundabouts.
Although the cyclist seemingly was not following any road safety rule...it is down to the driver to check their mirrors that that exact reason! The fact the driving instructor noticed shows he was doing so, whereas the driver was not!
Faults at the end 100% is better. Gives you a feel for a real driving test and like what others have said it is much less distracting for the driver Also so glad to see the hooray woman again lol
voice over is much better, live feedback just distracts her too much, but she still gets flustered so easily after something happens, if she can improve on that it will be much much better 4:19 the pedestrian didn't even look... 4:39 the jumpscare is back! 9:37 lol the car at the back also driving on the hatch markings
yeah,in manchester,a similar looking cyclist with an electric bycicle undertook me right before i was turning left, then he almost crashed by himself for some reason,he was braking using his foot instead of the brakes these people dont care about theyr own lives
Faults at the end, like a real test. I find pointing out the faults as you go makes the student more nervous and they lose focus as they are too busy focusing on that mistake and so they often make more lol My instructor always said don't dwell, just keep moving forward.
I much prefer the voice over when faults happen - that way you can pause to talk about it and phoebe can focus on whats currently happening. If it wasn't recorded - i.e. during my own mock tests, i prefer talking about the faults in the moment because my memory is rubbish.
Phoebe has great potential to pass first time maybe her nerves take place during mock tests. Maybe all followers want to know how many hours/lessons Phoebe did and if she booked her driving test or not? Thank you 😅
Hello everyone, I often watch your channel and really like it. I have been learning to drive for more than 2 years. I passed the theory test but when I took the practical test, I failed more than 10 times. I am very sad and feel disappointed in myself. I am writing this comment, hoping everyone will share advice for me next time.
I gave up on mock tests because I got too nervous and just hashed everything up. I was better just concentrating on my weaknesses. I passed on my 4th test 😊.
Pin love your videos, I passed my test over a year ago and wanted to ask as you mentioned in one of your videos that's its absolutely fine to ask the examiner during a test for directions. When I had my test I was on a road but was not sure if I could turn right coming out on a road because the layout confused me I was on and when I asked the examiner he got a bit arsey and said I can't tell you this but yes. I still passed the test with 5 minors which I was surprised about.
How many lessons did you have before a driving mock test ???? How many lessons do you suggest to have before doing an actual test ??? Lesson being 2 hours....
It really depends man. Completely different for different people. Some people need 40 hours for a real test, I passed with 18h total. I know some people who passed with 10. If you can drive a lesson without the instructor having to step in, is then time for mock tests
Would like to say the girl shouldn't be 2 hard on herself. we have all been there, some days it went great during lessons then other days it didnt. She will get there in the end and be all the better for it.
As next Friday is Black Friday, has anyone brought DGN £30 driving shoes?😮 i have not, if i buy this i will let everyone know.😅 5:29 cyclists always think they own roads. Nice watch, thank you.
Why did you have to grab the wheel when the learners driving was ok it was the dangerous cyclist who was the problem what did grabbing the wheel change ? Nothing !

just question if some of these drivers already drove for a long time why do they still need to take tests? im new to driving
if you're asking about people like phoebe, its because they are still learners, you are a learner until you officially pass your driving test :)
