This is just an observation, not a criticism, but I think it's amazing how spoiled we are with modern forensics. I was just thinking for a police officer working 50 to 100 years ago having mitochondrial DNA and a database of convicted felons, etc. to compare it to would be the most powerful evidence collected. Now, we are in a world where we mention that mitochondrial DNA evidence isn't expected to be that helpful because we are comparing it to that gold standard of a complete DNA profile. It's obviously a good thing, but my how times have changed from the days when all we could really say is, "the blood type of this suspect is consistent with the blood type found at the scene."
Red Flags all women should take heed at all times in their existing because you always need your sanity and comfort area aka your house or place to live--- " I just sold a ranch, for my wife to come see later and will pay cash"...(LOL😈). The Zip Tue evidence is bogus. Millions of those are made in just a day or two, and thousands are sold in that area alone. But, i do think he did it.

It was just ONE piece of evidence amongst many - the fingerprints, the witnesses, the hair with the mitchondrial DNA, his lie why he was around in that neighbourhood, his viewing of ashpyxiation videos (the last one being similar to the act he committed).
