An extra head, an extra hand, an extra weapon, he's a wholly unique figure in the line (tooling is expensive), AND an actual action feature. This is why he's $5 more.
This is awesome! Ram Man was one of the figures I played with the most. He busted through all kinds of lego walls, action figures, and stacked up hot wheels etc. Sweet vid 😁👍
This is a great update for ram man with extra weapons. Ram man was my 4th motu figure my mom bought for me at Meijer store. Childhood memories and the nostalgia. Good video
I agree, Ram-Man is the best update to the vintage figure so far. He has unique tooling, not sure if that can be reused, maybe some parts tools can be used in the WWE Masters line. Great review, thank you.
Ram Man was always my favorite hero alongside He-Man. I'm digging the Origins line as it has given me a level of childhood nostalgia nothing else ever has.
WOW! I love this new Ram Man! The extra head with the face covering looks awesome, and now he can dual wield two axes?? That's amazing! He's gone from being my "Meh, he can't really do much" character to "Holy crap, this dude is a tank that can beat all the bad guys!" character!
I had to order him while watching the video. He looks fantastic. I love the smaller size, as I always pictured him as a dwarf type race. I have to say, you sold me on this entire line. I wasn't really interested in collecting this line, as I just have so many other things to collect. I was watching your Castle Greyskull unboxing, and thought, maybe I will pick up a few figures just to check them out. A week later, I have picked up seven at retail, two on Amazon, and have about 10 pre orders placed. Thanks a lot :)
What kids getting these every scalpers have bought them all ,even today went to toys us that reopen today a scalper had a full shopping cart of the entire stock
Just picked this guy up on sale from walmart, super happy with it! I adore how he looks with the alternate head, it gives him a more intimidating appearance. It feels good to be collecting motu after years of wanting to have figures on shelves.
When I look at Origins Ram-Man’s face I can’t help but see Channing Tatum. A bulkier head akin to the classics version would’ve been better. Great review, Dan.
Fabulous review! And I concur with your observations during "comparison time " because I purchased an extra Ram Man from BBTS to be posed alongside the rest of my Club Grayskull figures on my shelf - and he looks fantastic up there! Along with Leech, Ram Man's absence from our Filmation lineup is such a glaring omission, in my opinion. So this figure is extra special for me. 😁 Without a doubt this wins for the best update from Vintage to Origins. The inclusion of the vintage action figure without compromising the modern articulation is so clever, and it made my least favorite action figure of the Vintage line become my new favorite figure of the Origins line. Well done, Mattel. 😀👍
I was so excited to find one at Target the other day. Great looking figure. I love the leg articulation because when I was a kid it always bugged me that his legs were just one solid piece. Very cool figure.
This guy was fun as a kid. Good time to get orgins. Started collecting hard core 3yrs. Back. Missed out on super 7’s. But these dudes r $14.99. Could not dump hasbro fast enough for some Mattel love. I got my pre in on grayskull plus cool dudes like stinkor ninjor & scareglow. & I just bought teela. He man’s excited.
Origins is probably the best thing that has happened for He-Man in a long time. It’s seriously so good. This line appeals to both kids and adult collectors!
I remember my parents searching high and low for Ram Man when I was a kid and I hope to get him for my collection....on a side note i always thought of him like a dwarf loke character
I agree on missing the action features, the should all at least have the power punch, I would be willing to give up the articulation at the waist. Ram Man's face looks kind of funny though...like he needs some TUMS XD
@Pixel Dan I love all of your Masters of the Universe reviews. This is great. Due to limited and sometimes no supply at Walmart and Target do you have any recommendations on where to purchase? I have heard BBTS and EE but haven't purchased through either of them. Thank you in advance!
Fun to see just how similar yet better sculpted he looks compared to the original. Would love to see the same style applied to a possible new (and long overdue) M.A.S.K. line
Great review again!! I have to ask though, are you or anyone else having massive issues with his knees?! The first one I bought, his left leg fell off straight out the box. Sent back, replacement arrived today and his knees don't want to budge at all! I feel like I'd snap them as they don't want to bend at all! If anyone has any pointers for the (pointless, granted) knees, please help a He-Bro out!
This is a nice update to the vintage figure for sure! I'm not sure about the super axe staff! That's a little odd. I am missing the addition of the axe holder on the back like the Classics version.
Some People are getting the same 2 heads and posting the pics in our MOTU groups. QC is a nightmare with these. Loving all the updated figures and vehicles so far and have this on preorder.
Hi Dan great video, was wondering if you heard any news if Mattel is going to showing off any of the other figures new figures or "vehicles" coming soon its been a while since any announcements have been made? thanks again
Pretty cool figure overall, the only thing I'm not really a fan of is the alternate head but even that one is much better sculpted than the heads of other figures in this line.
I just got mine and unfortunately I got three left hands. I got two left grip hands and one closed fist. Does anyone know how I get a replacement right grip hand? Any help is appreciated.
Buona sera sono Fabio scusami per il disturbo. Bravissimo come hai recensito Ran Man. Ieri è stato il mio compleanno e ho avuto regalato Ran Man. Mi sono commosso per l'emozione. Grazie mille un abbraccio forte Fabio!😘😘🙏🙏
WOW! This is better than I thought it would be. Do you have any of the 200X He-Man action figuries. That Ram Man was fairly large too. How would the MOTU Classics Ram Man compare with the Mondo He-Man and Man-At-Arms? I'm still hoping these are readily available at the retail stores.
People need to stop crapping over these guys; if you didn't notice these are for kids, sure collectors buy the hell out of them, but the demographic is KIDS
Does anyone think Mattel will do a Filmation style wave (or waves!) ? I've just ordered Skeletor and He-Man but I would really rather the cartoon designs for most of the characters, Evil Lyn, Teela, Man At arms, Beast-Man, Mer-Man, Sorceress, She-Ra, Hordak in particular! Basically I want the Super 7 retro Filmation figures with the Origins articulation! Anyone reckon this will happen anytime soon?
Yesterday i just picked up the super shredder from Wal-Mart. I don't no if u did a review on the tmnt 2 the secret of the ooze super shredder yet by neca
I wish was bigger had the arms like classic his hands are to small as well Works with filmation you could use spare head axe on Goldberg if you have it kit bash own figure
love this figure can't wait to get mine. just kinda wish his hip or at least the upper legs had a joint in them to but I guess that would mess with the spring gimmick
An extra head, an extra hand, an extra weapon, he's a wholly unique figure in the line (tooling is expensive), AND an actual action feature. This is why he's $5 more.
Ram man’s arms on He man makes it look as is He-Man has a lymph node blockage
This is awesome! Ram Man was one of the figures I played with the most. He busted through all kinds of lego walls, action figures, and stacked up hot wheels etc. Sweet vid 😁👍

So excited about all the new Heman toys!
Me too
Hopefully they will sell well
@@caesar7734 They are, it’s just the scalpers making purchasing a figure that isn’t he man and skeletor very pricy.
Seems more filmation-accurate than the Classics one!
Ram Man was always my favorite hero alongside He-Man. I'm digging the Origins line as it has given me a level of childhood nostalgia nothing else ever has.

Damn you Mattel, I'd sworn off trying to collect whole figure lines. Ah well.
What kids getting these every scalpers have bought them all ,even today went to toys us that reopen today a scalper had a full shopping cart of the entire stock

Thanks for the comparisons to the filmation figures. That is exactly what I'm doing with it.
My fave, ever since 1983, (I *think* it was '83). He's unique!
This takes me back. I had the classic as a kid. I’m digging the new look.
I loved seeing He-Man's head and arms on Ram Man's body. That looked hilarious!
ahhh lively narration mode back on ;)
Great job, my friend!!!
Always loved Ram Man, played with the vintage figure so much as a kid
His face sculpt made me think Jitsu was disguised as Rammie. Bless him. He’s a great figure.
When I look at Origins Ram-Man’s face I can’t help but see Channing Tatum. A bulkier head akin to the classics version would’ve been better. Great review, Dan.
Just picked this up yesterday for only €30 and I think it’s great! Love the Origins line!
My first Motu in past days... 1982.
Fabulous review! And I concur with your observations during "comparison time " because I purchased an extra Ram Man from BBTS to be posed alongside the rest of my Club Grayskull figures on my shelf - and he looks fantastic up there! I love the new Origins He-Man figures I picked up Ninjor and hordak this weekend
His "action Feature" is identical to a BIC pen.
I was so excited to find one at Target the other day. Great looking figure. I love the leg articulation because when I was a kid it always bugged me that his legs were just one solid piece. Very cool figure.
You should put those arms on the Hulk Hogan figure to give him the biggest pythons on WWEternia brother!
This is comedy gold.
This guy was fun as a kid. Good time to get orgins. Started collecting hard core 3yrs. Back. Missed out on super 7’s. But these dudes r $14.99. Could not dump hasbro fast enough for some Mattel love. The origins line is simply amazing
Origins is probably the best thing that has happened for He-Man in a long time. It’s seriously so good. This line appeals to both kids and adult collectors!
Great call to put him with the filmation heros looks great
I remember my parents searching high and low for Ram Man when I was a kid and I hope to get him for my collection....on a side note i always thought of him like a dwarf loke character
I used to have the original ram man ......
I agree on missing the action features, the should all at least have the power punch, I would be willing to give up the articulation at the waist. Ram Man's face looks kind of funny though...like he needs some TUMS XD
I alway enjoy the comparison time.
Ram Man was my favourite figure from the original toy line, and I’ve got this one finally on its way, scheduled to be delivered tomorrow 😁👍🏻
RamMan was always my favorite when i was a kid
I’ve got that in the deluxe MOTUC Classics line from Club Grayskull. It’s huge.
7:03 we got that “pick up the soap 🧼” type of attack from behind by Beast dude
I'm glad he has his eyes open this time unlike the Classics version.
I think most of us that had the 80’s MOTU owned a RamMan figure. That said can’t wait to get him.
I had mine for a week from BBTS!!!
..... and how far can he jump ??? ^^
I got him yesterday for 5 bucks 😎
Ram Man works like a big Pen haha
@Pixel Dan I love all of your Masters of the Universe reviews. This is great. Due to limited and sometimes no supply at Walmart and Target do you have any recommendations on where to purchase? I have heard BBTS and EE but haven't purchased through either of them. Thank you in advance!
I've got to say, I'm honestly surprised Skeletor didn't end up being Ram Man's practice dummy.
Fun to see just how similar yet better sculpted he looks compared to the original. Would love to see the same style applied to a possible new (and long overdue) M.A.S.K. line
The extra 5 bucks is to cover the new tooling and action feature
Looks better than my Clamp Champ. He has a lot of silver overspray and pre wear on the studs of his armor.
Awesome. I remember this guy
I just got my ram man looks amazing and Clamp Champ will be here tomorrow can't wait!
Great review again!! I have to ask though, are you or anyone else having massive issues with his knees?!

If anyone has any pointers for the (pointless, granted) knees, please help a He-Bro out!
I’m holding out for the orange and red repaint which Mattel will no doubt release at some point to reuse this tool.
I still prefer the vintage
Mer man, stinkor, Ram Man my favorite figs in childhood and now!!
Wow from the cheaper figure to this impresive update
This is a nice update to the vintage figure for sure! I'm not sure about the super axe staff! That's a little odd. I am missing the addition of the axe holder on the back like the Classics version.
Some People are getting the same 2 heads and posting the pics in our MOTU groups. QC is a nightmare with these. Loving all the updated figures and vehicles so far and have this on preorder.
I love your reviews Man super detailed👍👍👍

I really want to buy this whole set, but my Walmart and Target still only have He-man and skeletor.
Walmart also has the prince adam sky sled and target has the panther
Man at arms and Evil Lyn are easy to find too
It’s looks like it was made for the Filmation line! I missed out on the classics Ram Man releases and always regretted that.
I had the same toy during my child hood days.
I wasn't expecting him to have his spring feature as he has articulated legs.
Just got 2 waves of the he Man origins but no deluxe figures or panthor
Excellent video, as always! Thank you!
Ram Man is more unique with the body type since there is no-re-use of Ram Man's Body at the time
Everyone else has the same body as He-Man
They are sold out in stores but they will get more soon
I really like the gimmick even if all he does is short distance body slams. I really like the alt head with the face plate.
Ram Man is MOTU's poster child for CTE ;-p
His alternate head reminds me of Shredder.
People need to stop crapping over these guys; if you didn't notice these are for kids, sure collectors buy the hell out of them, but the demographic is KIDS

I like it, the origin.. is more nice, have much movements. Gracias, desde Argentina !!
damn !!! ..... now I need a Ram Man 🙄...great review Dan!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
This is similar to the McDonald’s Ram Man from the 200x Mike Young Productions Series.
Yesterday i just picked up the super shredder from Wal-Mart. I don't no if u did a review on the tmnt 2 the secret of the ooze super shredder yet by neca
Every single store in my area is just FILLED with he-man and skeletor its upsetting me!!!
I'm here for another fantastic show
When is the next tmnt review coming up? For example can you do a review of tmnt 2007,you allways show 'em but never reviewed them...
Okay, I may have to get Ram Man
Overall a nice figure, but I don't like the face sculpt. The alternative head definitely reminds me of Shredder from the Turtles.
Ram-Man was smaller in the Filmation cartoon, but bigger in the Mike Young cartoon.
Well, I think the masked version of the head is an Origins exclusive creation.
What happened to TMNT toys?
It would have been cool if you added the 200X ram man
200x did the opposite in the cartoon, and made Ram-Man one of the biggest-sized heroes. Ram-Man's one of my favorites, so either was a win for me.
I was never a fan of Ram-Man in the filmation cartoon because he looked so strange , but I like him in the 200x cartoon .
I wasn't going to collect the origins line, then they go and release RAM-MAN...
Yep I'm in👍
Good afternoon big guy this is sledgemaster. Hope everyone is ok and god bless u and family
Im hoping Ram man gets a mega construx version.
I think is not Faker on the back.
I wish was bigger had the arms like classic his hands are to small as well
Works with filmation
you could use spare head axe on Goldberg if you have it kit bash own figure
This would've been amazing in the 80s.
Can you imagine if these figures were made fully poseable in the 80s...it would have been amazing
The removable limbs are a cool feature too.
They need to come out with a Power Punch He-Man with the spring action punch, but I guess punching is bad
love this figure can't wait to get mine. just kinda wish his hip or at least the upper legs had a joint in them to but I guess that would mess with the spring gimmick
I have a feeling that we will never find this in the wild.
You won't.
