I love that you kept the chive & garlic as optional!! I don't know why that pleases me, but it does. 😋 Very, very appealing. I love my salads lightly dressed. ❤
That sounds like an excellent meal my friend. This has been my goto dressing since discovering it in France in 83. Thank you so much for getting in touch 🙏
Love it Archie! I have not purchased store dressing since following you. I love your dressings are more than just for salad - absolutely I can see this on grilled/roasted vegetables or fish! Also like that it doesn’t take a lot of dressing to bring out the flavor - a little goes a long way. Thanks Archie! And the music was bonus 🎶
Hi👋🏻 I'd say Avocado or Walnut is fine. Essentially, you'd need a neutral oil so any oil that isn't strong in flavour is perfect. Thanks for getting in touch 💜
This dressing sounds so fresh and delicious! Thank you for sharing. Helene
My pleasure 🙏
Quite simple and lovely, Archie. Im glad you're demonstrating how simple making fresh vinegrette at home really is. 🥗
Hugely underrated Eugenia 💜
Fresh, simple, wonderful for summer time... The music also very fine!! Vive la France!!
Gracias Maria 💜💜💜
I love French cuisine
Isn't it great, me too - hope you're doing well 👍

Honestly, lightly is the only way to go with this one. Too much means too oily and insipid.
Thank you for a good video. Well done and very informative.
Glad you enjoyed it!
i can't wait to try this on my next salad. thanks for sharing Archie!
Oh, I’ve got to try this tonight!
It's a great all rounder 💜
Perfection!💕😋 A classic vinaigrette is gold in the kitchen. 🥰
This is delicious! We used it on romaine lettuce that was topped by steak and pickled vegetables. Fabulous!

Dawn, as ever, so grateful 🙏
Looks simple and delicious!
Thanks Kathy 💜
I like my salad on the plate with my entree the vinaigrette cuts through the richness of roasted meats and pasta.
Lovely simple dressing 💥❤🎉
It's actually better than it sounds - a wonderful blend of tangy flavours
That salad looks great!
Cheers my friend 🙏
I just made it Archie and it's a winner. Thank you for sharing.
Oh Sue, thanks for having the faith in my recipe - I'm so glad you enjoyed it 💜
Thanks!🧐👍🏻
I have never even thought about using multiple kinds of oil to make a dressing.
This is a French one and they love to blend their oils 💜cheers Vickie
Thank you.
Wonderful recipe. On my way to the kitchen to make some now! Thank you.
Good luck - let me know how you find it
It turned out fantastic. Thank you. @@chefarchiepie
@@DavidKozinski Please don't just use it for salad - it's amazing on roasted veggies and grilled fish too

Yes, please!!😋
This is, for me the best ever 💜
Yum! Can avocado or coconut or walnut oil replace the vegetable oil?
