I having been watching your videos since 1 years back to get guidance to join my dream company and now I have joined Amazon and still watching your videos to grow further. Really Helpful Content.
I think being graduated from iit is much much easier to get into tech companies for any internships . Bcz if a guy is from tier 3 college or from non CS backgrounds then it is too difficult to get into your dream company . Bcz you have to apply for off campus and also it is not guaranteed that you may get referral Bcz 1000 of people are waiting for referal each day and out of which 1 or 2 get referral so it is very difficult , Whereas in tier 1 college , college itself provides you a great job. Exposure , etc . So I think tier 1 college students get more advantage then other low college students . By the way I am in 11th class and preparaing for jee . And thanku soumyajit bhaiya just bcz of you I was able to gain knowledge regarding all this things wherher it is companies ctc , Rsu , level of sde , offcampus and oncampus , career growth in software development , and even today by this video I was able to get to know about internships thanku so much bhaiya its its only possible just bcz of you . Awaiting for your next company review video 🙏

You told you have seen So many sde3 people failed. What to do you think they lakh? Is it possible for a person who is just average in mathematics to be a good sde 3 by only hardwork?
You don't require any skills and only skill you require is interviewing skills Nothing will happen I did not see anyone getting demoted or something like that and only thing is you get fired but anyway that is good and you can interview again and repeat the cycle and mostly per each cycle it will be around 6 months and there are around 100 companies so in your lifetime you will get into same company The higher no of companies you switch the greater HR likes you
