I haven't commented before now on your vlogs, but i will today as i was so upset with you losing your Alfie. He looked such a sweetie. I have been following your Asia trip as we are taking the same cruise but going the other way in Nov. Your vlogs are so informative, they have become invaluable to us and our decisions as we have never cruised before. I have loved your Antarctica cruise so maybe that should go on our bucket list. Much love to you both xx
Thank you, lovely comments, you should definitely put Antarctica on your list, we try to show that even in our 60’s with some health problems you can still get out and see the world. Next week it’s the start of our latest Florida series, but we don’t do the normal Floridian things so you may like those. Hopefully more to come in the future xx
So so sorry to hear that Alfie passed. You never get used to it do you. Thankfully he was with your daughter at the time. Really enjoyed your vlog series. Alfie will always be in your hearts xx
It was such a shock, even though we were kind of expecting it, just always thought we’d be there when it happened. Next week we start a series of Florida vlogs x
So sad about Alfie and such a shock when things like that happen. It happened with my 92 year old 😢Mum in hospital. Was there every day and the one time we all went home for an hour or so she died. Apparently it happens a lot! Don’t feel guilty, you gave him a great life. Very interesting boat trip and a great way to end your holiday. I always think coming home is a mental jump and we just want to be there without the long journey. I was reading an article about future travel and an option may be eventually that we all get in some sort of plane/space type shuttle thing and we just go straight up and are held somewhere until the world comes round and then we just come down again. What a thought eh?
Just sods law isn’t it 🤷♀️ I must say it would be much quicker going up and waiting for the planet to turn to the country you need to visit, don’t know if we’d fancy doing it though, do you think you’d get a glass of bubbly x
