- अक्सर pregnancy reports में डॉ Low Lying Placenta को bold में लिखते है या underline करते है | आज इसी video में डॉ supriya puranik इसी विषय पर सटीक जानकारी देती है | वीडियो के शुरुवात में डॉ बताती है की placenta यानी की आंवल महत्वपूर्ण होता है क्योंकि उसी के द्वारा बच्चे को nourishment मिलता है, खून मिलता है | ये placenta माँ का blood filter करके बच्चे के पास देता है |
इसके अलावा डॉ बताती है की ये placenta गर्भाशय या बच्चेदानी की दीवारों पर रहता है | जब ये placenta गर्भाशय के नीचले हिस्से में रहता है तो इसे Low Lying Placenta कहते है | इसके साथ साथ डॉ बताती है की low lying placenta, placenta previa बनने में डरने की बात क्या होती है? इसके लिए वो बताती है की low lying placenta से premature delivery हो सकती है, ज्यादा bleeding हो सकती है, माँ को anemia हो जाता है, hemoglobin level बहुत कम हो जाता है आदि |
इसके बाद डॉ बताती है की 98% cases में placenta ऊपर की और चले जाते है जिसे placenta migration भी कहते है | इसके बाद डॉ बताती है की कैसे आखिरी महीनो में sonography करा कर placenta की exact location पता लगायी जा सकती है | अंत में डॉ बहुत ही important जानकारी देती है |

Thank you for your positive thoughts and guidance about low placenta. I diagnosed on my 27 weeks. People giving me so negative information , even some other UA-cam videos have negative things to say.. but I like and get hope from your video. In sha allah, with the time it’s gona be normal. I used to do yoga and 30 minutes walk daily that may be the reason of my low placenta. It’s my first delivery. So I’m learning. Thanks god, it’s just low nothing else . Once again, thanks for your positive feedback for low placenta patients. At least some one could get hope for good. ☺️❤️

Mam mera 9 month start hue 15 din ho gaye hai mera palcenta abhi bhi low lying hi hai is case me normal delivery possible hai kya
If placenta is still low laying at 32th week you'll have another scan at 36 weeks . At that scan if the placenta has moved to 2cm or more from the inside of the cervix, then you can choose a vaginal birth.

Hi doctor,
We did ultrasound at 22 weeks. The placenta was low lying in the uterus. I still have 3 weeks left for 32 week ultrasound. I am hoping that it has gone up. My last pregnancy was c section. I want normal delivery this time. I was fully dilated last time but it was emergency c section. I discussed with my doctor. They are a kind of favouring c section but there is 7 years gap between two deliveries. I really want normal.
Low lying placenta gets better & repositions as the pregnancy advances.
A caesarean section will be the safest delivery method for you if, on your scan at 36 weeks, the edge of your placenta is less than 20 mm from the entrance to the cervix.
