- आज इस video में, डॉ Supriya Puranik, Placenta Previa और उसमे क्या क्या खतरे हो सकते इसी विषय पर विस्तार से बात करती है ।
सबसे पहले डॉ बताती है की Placenta Previa यने के आवर, ये गर्भाशय के निचले हिस्से में यनेके जब lower segment में रहती है या गर्भाशय के मुख पे रहती है । ये Placenta Previa तीसरे तिमाही में होने वाले Bleeding का यनेके रक्त्राव का एक महत्वपूर्ण कारन होता है। Placenta Previa लगभग २०० में एक ही पेशेंट को रहता है यनेके इसका incidence १ in २०० रहता है।
आगे ड़ॉ समझाती है Placenta चार प्रकार के होते है। जैसे की:
१. Marginal Placenta Previa
२. Lower Lying Placenta Previa
३. Partial Central / Incomplete Placenta Previa
४. Central/Total Placenta Previa
डॉ बताती है , चार प्रकार में पहले जो दो प्रकार है , उन्हें Minor कहते है , यनिके वो Patient को इतना रिस्क देता। जब type 2 Placenta होता है , जो marginal रहता है , लेकिन ये Placenta गर्भाशय के पिछली दीवार पे रहता है यनेके Posterior Placenta रहता है , उसको Dangerous Placenta Previa कहते है। तो ये Dangerous Placenta Previa , Type 3 Placenta Previa , Type 4 Placenta Previa , ये तीनो Major Placenta Previa के नाम से जाने जाते है।
डॉ Placental Migration के बारेमें जानकारी देती है । डॉ बताती है की ,जब पहेली बार रक्त्स्राव होता है उसको "Warning Hemorrhage" कहा जाता है। पहले एक दो बार जब रक्त्राव होता है , वो अपने आप रुक जाता है। उसके लिये कोई ख़ास treatment नहीं है। पर जैसे बार बार होने लगता है , वैसेही रक्त्राव बढ़ने लगता है। तब ये माँ और शिशु के स्वास्थ को हानि पोहोचाते है।
लेकिन जब बोहोत ही ज्यादा रक्त्राव होता है तो डॉक्टर आपको भर्ती करेंगे।
Placenta Previa का अंतिम निदान Ultrasound पे होता हैऔर उस दौरान कोनसे प्रकार का जाँच होती है। और उस हीअब से डॉक्टर treatment तय करते है।
डॉक्टर इस वीडियो में बताती है की Placenta Previa माँ और शिशु को क्या खतरा हो सकता है? इस बारे में भी विस्तार में जानकारी देती है।अंत में,डॉक्टर यही सलाह देती है की , जब pregnancy के ३४-३५ सप्ताह के बाद , sonography पे, Placenta निचले हिसे में है तो पेशेंट अपनी डिलीवरी अच्छे हॉस्पिटल में करें , जहा सारी सुविधाएं रहे।

Placenta is lying on fundoposter ior uterine wall and is slightly extending in lower uterine segment. Lower placental margin is 2.5cm from internal os .

Placenta posterior reaching upto OS means?? And I m still running in 22week now.
Ma’m is it necessary that one should bleed anyhow Incase of completely placenta previa encountered during 19 weeks of pregnancy. What’s the percentage of complete placenta previa will move away by 28th week or so on? What’s the risk of premature baby or any any harm to the baby in case of complete placenta previa ? Can it be prevented?
