I had this issue with my arm 2005-2006...the numbness and weird feeling...omg! It took months for my arm to get right I couldn't even braid my sons hair or mine for so long...eventually it went away on its own ...I hopevit never comes back either carpal tunnel or pinched nerve that I never went to get diagnosed 🤪

I had to take muscle relaxers a few months ago when I tore a muscle in my back but it only makes me sluggish for a few hours and then I wake right back up
