Great video. Is there a link to a location map like the one in your video that shows all the condo locations with names for Pattaya, Hus Hin etc.

Nice video and nice looking complex. Maybe you could do another video featuring this complex and showing what is near, like supermarkets and shopping. Would also love to see some larger units in the complex. What is the largest number of bedrooms that they have? Also, do they allow you to use a Pool Float in the Pool?? It seems perfect for a Pool Float, being that the pool meanders around the entire complex!!
    Again, Great Video!!🙂🙂

Great suggestion. The largest is 2 bedrooms. Yes Pool Float is permitted but can not leave in pool overnight. Thanks for your comment and feedback appreciate you.. Keep the good vibes flowing.

@@goodvibetravelRight On James, and I'll be looking forward to that updated video showcasing the 2 Bed Units! Glad to hear that the pool float is allowed, and I can definitely understand that they don't allow leaving overnight! Just as long as I can use it, I'd be happy to take it with me when I'm done!!🙂

Renting a place 6 month or 1 yr contract is pretty cheap, many are owned by expats that did the stupid deal of buying a unsellable condo.
Especially jomtien that was the russian goto just 10 years ago..now well the most condos are vacant.
Furniture needs a small upgrade but for the price its a good deal..IF there are government prices on electricity and water?
seen many renters make up their own prices and that can cost more than the rent in the end...

Nice grounds. Apt could use a facelift. How do u get them down to 6,000 baht?

    • @goodvibetravel
      @goodvibetravel  17 днів тому

each unit is indivdually owned so it depends but mostly they will consider a discount if you pay 6 months or a year in advance.

Similar price per sqm to the Laguna (Heights Holdings) developments. As resort condos these are great and the real value point is the great amenities onsite.

    So it's Jomtien, not Pattaya...
Also sofa is rundown hence the cover... It needs a makeover to be able to compete with other apartments

Would be acceptable and cheaper as an alternative to a hotel for a couple of weeks or a short stay while looking for something else long term.

Yes. But most rentals rent month to month or longer. I stayed in a hotel for $1000 baht a day which is $27 while searching for my condo.

We will see. I doubt they will be enforcing additional taxes their visitor traffic last year and this are low so they will pass tax bill.

overpriced low quality project fare down in jomtien. 5000-7000 bath are fair price.

you get what you pay for. For $200+ this is a gift compared to living in the US

No disrespect but this is not the USA. Why keep bringing that into the frey ? It's irrelevant.

what do you expect for $270 a month in thailand. in the states it would be triple or 4 times this amount for a smaller space.
