You could renovate this to a high standard for 1 million baht or less. Seems a good buy considering the cost of the nearby new builds are double or triple the cost.
My only bugbear with all 3 is the size of the TV. Also if you buy then we need to know the maintainece charges too, per metre. The last option of monthly rental, how much deposit is required and is wifi included? Other than that I would give you a big thumb's up. For some reason emoji's are not working. regards
A lot of people will buy bigger a TV, even when renting. They aren't expensive. Generally I dont mention maintenance fees, and many other disclosures, in the videos. If someone is interested I put them in touch with the appropriate contact who can give full details. This helps keep the videos to a good length. For these, it's 40THB/SQ M. Basic wifi is free in both buildings but can be upgraded for a fee.

You missed the part about how quiet it is 8nside the room with the door and window closed.
Is electric and water included at the rental rate? If not is it government price? What about WiFi availability at either building?
Water and electricity are almost never included here. Water is 40 baht/unit and electricity is 7 at these projects.

With the new building going up right there it will most likely not be quiet. Who turned a condo into a hotel room.
That's why I showed the thickness of the doors and demonstrated the difference with them closed. You cannot hear any outside noise.
