My roll n lock cover doesnt go back further than the first locking point so i cant access the side rail bolts. Any ideas? It begins to bunch up instead of rolling around the reel

I had the same problem, I took the cover off and slowly hand rolled the cover in…….didn’t get it all the way in but you can then push a little and it will go back a little more.

if it retrieves slowly, can i just try to rotate few time to put spring tension on reel ???
