🤣 I definitely wouldn’t recommend thinking it would be easy to find him
I am Libyan by origin, born and raised in my younger years. I then moved with my family to the UK, and been learning cuisines since I was 15 years old. Jump forward now, almost 18 years, I have travelled all over Europe to find the best way to see fusion on Arabic cuisine. I can count the places that are worthy on my hands. And, here's the shocker, worthy to who? Simple, a traditional mother cooking at home for her family in Morocco.
I spent 1.3 years going back and forth just to learn Moroccan cuisine, and I can attest wholeheartedly, it is magical.
My personal favourite is Lahm bil barqook. I have so many expensive equipment and chef gear in my kitchen and for work, and the only thing I value is a traditional hand made tagine clay cooker that I bought from Marrakech back in 2011. I still have it till this day and protect it like it's a treasure.
❤ 🇲🇦🇱🇾
Also, may Allah protect you brothers and sisters during this horrific natural disaster. I pray for you.
So beautiful
We love people who tell the truth when they learn Moroccan cuisine and doesn’t start calling it other names like some neighbors who sadly try to appropriate the Moroccan culture. Just a note, tagine is original Moroccan Amazigh pot but the recipe you talk about, tagine with barqoq is originally from fes.
@@gmailyou367 I spent most of my time in Fes, I went around the old market and apart from getting lost for hours, I learned so much. It's amazing. I am planning to go back sometime around march insha'Allah.
😍😅
What is Moroccan is by default Libyan... North Africa is one people devided by political made borders..
Thank you brither
@@medmo7a746 No 😅 Moroccan is Morrocan and Libyan is Libyan
Gotta give it to that store owner. He knew what Gino wanted just by that arm gesture
Lol that’s the international sign language for a hard on
Well he did after he said it was a pharmacy so yeah was kinda obvious.
Why did your brain not understand it. Lmao

No, he sells it. Ofc. He knows.
If Ramsay said that was best lamb ever that means everything..... congratulations Mustapha..you already got michelin award's
Well he dont need Ramsey to know it 😂😂 He was chef in the royal palace of King Hassan 2
@@B.Latifa545 Gordon Ramsay is one of the best chefs in the world hands down, being a Moroccan myself, how do you know he was really a chef in hassanII's palace ?

As a Moroccan I found it very heartwarming how Fred is talking to Mustafa and explaining to Gino and Gordon
which is a little bit weird why Ramsay even needs translation. He speaks french
Ils sont irrespectueux Gino et Fred

Fred is so polite when he's speaking French. I never heard a French person speaking like that LOL.

I was 3 years ago in Marokko...This Lamb meat is unbelievable delicious...
Marrakesch is an outstanding city...
That's the best lamb mechoui in the world , no spices ,no salt and yet .....pure Moroccan magic ! 👌❤
Literally says salt and cumin for seasoning 🤦
@@waqzh6128 talking about when cooking it just cooks in natural flavour

They put salt and cumin in it before they eat though. You have to put salt on it.

real HEROS....
Big respect from the Moroccan kingdom 🇲🇦🙏
Gordon Ramsey is really enjoying himself having great fun in Morocco FRIENDLY PEOPLE
Just be careful, the outskirts of Marrakesh are super dangerous, also go places supervised at all times. ISIS sympathizers all over place. The inner city is just fine.
الله على بلادي تستقبل المشاهير بكل ترحيب وبتسامة ولكل يتلذذ بالاكلات المغربية الملكية ماشاء الله

Throwing salt over your left shoulder is supposed to ward off bad luck :)
I grow up eating this kind of food it’s so healthy and tasty, you can steam the lamb too using the same spices
But the atmosphere where this lamp was cooked is special

Gordon Ramsey in Marocco 👏👏👏😊😊😊🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦un trio molto divertente... Vi seguo dalla meravigliosa Italia 👍👍
Gino's face at the end 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I am glad he showing the Moroccan way of roasting lamb. People think the more spices the more flavor. When you have good quality ingredients, less is more. Spices and condiments just bury the natural flavors.
I have tasted this when I visited my family in Morocco and this is the best meat I have ever tasted
Gino describe you know what by lifting his arm is so funny
You can see the passion and love in Mustapha in his work
I love how the mechwi restaurant owner recognized and gave credit to the three chefs

Watched the whole episode and series these guys are fun
"800! tell him i get another wife" 🤣🤣
Where can I watch full episode plz
that's too much. 800dhs is around 70£ /80$. that can easily just cost around 70 to 100dhs which is just 10$. These guys in Marrakesh will buff the prices as soon as they realise you are a tourist.. which is shameful for us moroccans.. normally we sre known to be hospital and friendly.. people like him just set a bad image for is.
@@ouzaamout I'm sure Moroccans are truly hospitable people, but merchants gouging tourists is something that happens everywhere you go.
