Music redefined by the great mestro Anand Shankar ! I was blessed to have heard this beautiful from my childhood friend , Debashish Chakraborty ; after his schooling he used to frequently visit Kolkata , to his uncle's house , to whom MELODY belonged . Thanks to him and his uncle for providing him the beautiful fussion of Indian classic blended with western instruments . It is still an all time favourite , even after 4 decades .

Ananda Shanker is one of the brilliant musician ( instrumental composer) of India...He made lots of extra ordinary TUNE PIECE..but now these days he is making all bull sheet music...Cann't belive it if you listen all his music of 1990 to date ..I am sure you will agree with me
Excellent. Ananda Shankar had composed Bharatiyam music for Nehru Centenary Celebration sometime in 80s I think. It was for child health and exercise where 50000 children had participated. By any chance you have that music, its master piece.
