Actually, I first heard this tune at the end of the musical track of the Hindi movie Yaarana in the cassette.....I didn't even know this was composed by Ananda Shankar.....when I lost the cassette, u know, i started to search for this tune from then, since 1996. I tried n tried until I found this tune in You Tube in 2019 (during lockdown) n came to know this was composed by Ananda Shankar.....this tune brings my childhood back....."A search....worth searching for...." ...Thanks to Ananda Sir.....u r a genius......love u....

Music redefined by the great mestro Anand Shankar ! I was blessed to have heard this beautiful from my childhood friend , Debashish Chakraborty ; after his schooling he used to frequently visit Kolkata , to his uncle's house , to whom MELODY belonged . Thanks to him and his uncle for providing him the beautiful fussion of Indian classic blended with western instruments . It is still an all time favourite , even after 4 decades .
