    another hint. Do not touch the handbrake mechanism before you bled the brakes. They need to be hydraulicly working and beeing applied. After this hook up the cable. Otherwise you might mess up the adjuster mechanism.

    mattys, I had the same problem. My cable tip is made of plastic. The aluminium caliper was badly corroded aoround that plastic. Well, brutal force applied with vice grip and hammer... My cable loooks like shit now, but so does the car...

    Any advice on the handbrake cable is seized into the caliper? Yours come apart so easy. I've spent half a day and it will not come lose

      I mean when you pull the cable out. You said that was a lot easier than you thought. Mine doesnt even budge.
