I love this video, the first burger place looks the best. Is it me or do most places put an extremely large amount of cabbage and sauce on their burgers?
They just assume you'll be taking a bath afterwords. Never mind the sauce, the MEAT was overflowing on those burgers.

I love a good smashed burger, all the lacey bits with such a strong meat taste.
Let me guess the first burger looked really awesome but they put an insane amount of ketchup on it? lol
Smashed burgers are nice, because it has more carmelization, but half the time I still prefer the formed normally thick patties, as it holds a little more moisture & thus also a little more softer & still have some carmelization on the outside.
A lot of the food is very labor intensive which would increase cost to the consumer. But it all looked great and appetizing too. My chefs hat is off to all !
