Always wanted a frogeye. The better the prep work the nicer the paint and finish looks. I finished making the repair panels for my 1990 rover 216 vdp sd3 and welded them in so already for mot on Friday
This is where a lot of us fall flat, pun not intended. Patience is a virtue. Unfortunately I don't have any! My Mini probably would have looked like a mirror if I'd put as much prep in as you are doing! 😂 (sadly had to sell it before I got to drive it, but there you go)
Nice video. I'd recommend the yellow Mirka flexible block, and just pull off the threaded section at the top. Makes a great flexy block with dust extraction....uses same hose fitting as the rigid block. Only downside is the cutting power is a bit less than with the Durablock because of the abranet extraction holes.
Nice to see someone who knows what he's doing .The cowboys I work with would be minimum amount of primer and a DA .According to them blocking the primer doesn't make any difference ,they are that good
Another video I will go back to again and again for reference!
Really nice video I honestly feel like I learnt a lot from this. You make it look so easy.
Absolute perfection. I imagine many hours of work went into this video behind the scenes. Fantastic job, am liking this project very much.
Lewis sands like he’s Dash from the Incredibles⚡️

It's a joy to see you work. It's always a good day with one of your videos in it.
Peperation is everything 😂😂 brilliant work, made look easy.

Ahh that was a while ago now! Vintage voltage came down for the day to use the workshop and get Lewis to put the finish on the dash 👌
Dusty work!
Looking ahead is the sprite having an A series engine or something else and is it ready yet
