Hi Pradeep, I dont have the exact answer to this, but what I imagine it to be, is the principle out of one of my favourite all time books called: Flow by mihaly csikszentmihalyi. In this book, he looks at how people, no matter how smart or not smart they are, can find meaning and fulfilment in the most mundane task, by finding the challenge in them.Aka, how fast can I do this, how much better than I do this each time, can I beat my own last record this time.
