Masses of potential in this place. Great old fireplace in the sittingroom. Walls & ceilings generally do not look bad. Dosen't look too damp. Is this in an expensive area? The roof looks pretty good, apart from the bit at the end.
yellowfizzyme Glad you enjoyed the video, yes its always exciting finding old bits and bobs in these old properties, there is actually another cottage very close to this one on the opposite side which i have yet to take a look in,but will make for an interesting video once i'm down there again :)
I wonder if that old stove in the kitchen is restorable? Going to need some new panels in those doors. Theres even the drawer from the nice old table sitting there.
It would be great if you could go back & show the section under the corrogated roof, please. There might possibly some connection to piped water there? Or remains of some sort of bath room facilities?
The uniforn in the closet could have spoken volumes about the house. By it's insignia and cut. It looked quite old. I was hoping You'd pick it up, instead of the powers bottle.

Spazmo I know what you mean haha! Luckily for me most of the houses I've seen haven't been boarded up, so I can see what's inside them more clearly, but I also think boarded up houses look more spookier👻
Be great to go to this place & give it a sweep & tidy & then have a really good look at it.

I really enjoyed getting a peek at this once lovely cottage. It's fun to see the old hardware on the doors and the antiques.

What is that thing on the wall, next to the kitchen door, inside the kitchen? Weighing machine?
I really enjoyed that. Well Done!

Electric fittings look about 1900.
No sign of running water so that could require some work to bring piped water on to the property. As well as creating a bathroom.
I wonder if there is a well?
thanks....very interesting
chessfun thanks for watching :)

There's a similiar one near where I live, but I'm really scared of going there cause it's too dark...
