    Hi everyone! I know times are hard, but we're all in this together. With that said, I decided there is a way I can help a little.

    My husband loves oatly in his coffee and on granola. Even though we buy 3 gallons at a time, I can't justify buying a Miomat. So HAPPY to learn I can make it in my high-powered blender! Will be trying the shakes first, then the milk. Thanks for all you do! 💛

    Does xanthan gum expire? Still effective past expiration date?

      I don't think mine had an expiration date, but mine is definitely fine and I've had it over 5 years. Make sure it doesn't get wet and always use clean utensils.

    Somewhere I heard oat milk won’t get slimy if you use ice cold water

      that's mostly true but also don't over process

      Maybe add more oats? Did you add a sweetener or flavoring at all? It all depends on what flavor you are going for. To make it thicker some cashews work great.
