2. Sir is it okay if I am 11 and get model trains?
It's because sir startups like PMW say that it's not a TOY and made for adult collectors only...

Hello, dear,
CRealities makes all the static models. I've purchased static models and motorized them.
Basically Model Trains are the toys for adults. The main reason behind it.....is electricity. That can couse high risk for children. Without proper knowledge of electricity and electronics, it's not recommended to play with model trains. And also these are valuable collectibles, so handling without proper knowledge can damage them and that will be drainage of money. So, my friend, wait for couple of years and understand electric and electronic science in between, then dive to full fill your dream 😊👍
