Great video, thank you! My recommendation for a great podcast is 'No finish line - John O'Regan - Ultra Runner & Endurance'. Also, very interesting that you packed the running poles. They are not allowed in Backyard Ultra - considered artificial aids. Congratulations on the win, fantastic.

Nice video, thanks for sharing and congratulations on the sweet trophy. Quick note to others, some Backyard Ultras do not allow trekking poles. Best to ask the race director beforehand if unsure on the pole usages.
