@@the_runnerd If it’s something enjoyable and simple, too many people will do it for free and the volume of that devalues your own effort because there’s simply too many of us. Nike can’t sponsor 10 million people. BUT what you are currently doing (making videos and giving great advice from solid and unique experience) does have unique value and can make you a living if you monetize it. You’re on the right track!

@@the_runnerd honestly it came about more by necessity than anything! My first year in club my vest got a bit snagged by the buckle on my running backpack, and then got some mud stains that I couldn’t fully get out, so I designated that my XC vest and bought a new one for road races 😂

The ultra pro has pole loops, but the elite not. I Haven't tried running with attached poles so can't tell for certain whether it would bounce. The ultra pro is definitely less compact than the elite so higher risk of bounce if it helps...

Thanks! There has been a shift in the past few decades from what's considered safe, but some countries and cultures still treat pregnancy as a kind of disability almost... I am personally so much happier and healthier doing what I love and running about 🤩🏃‍♀️

Thanks for watching! Obviously, the more you fill it up, the more bouncy it will be. Having said that, I wear the OMM bag on my everyday runcommute and it sits very well. For a 10K run - depends how much you want to carry with you. Have you looked at hydration vests? They are generally less bouncy and some of them have decent volume (such as Salomon Adv Skin 12 - 12 litre volume). Good luck and happy running!

Hydration pack seems the perfect fit for me! I typically carry a 200ml water bottle, an isotonic gel, phone, house keys and wallet for the run. Would all these fit in the Salomon bag you mentioned?

Oh absolutely! You can easily fit all that plus a spare top, more food and another bottle of water. Salomon hydration vests usually come with two 500ml soft flasks, but there is a plethora of other brands that make hydration vests. Try popping in to a running shop to try them on! Good luck!
