hormone, so they had much smaller waists. I respect these bodybuilders from both eras,but to me the classic guys look better.

Count Dankula the entire bodybuilding sport uses steroids. So, they do it cause they're not confident? TONS of athletes use steroids, they do it cause they're not confident and need to fit it? The problem is.... you think you have the answer to why people do 5hings based on your narrow perspective of life. You don't know everyone or why they do what they do...so stop pretending you do.
Amen to that! I don't understand either why everyone is taking the the moral highground against these people using steriods. Sure, point out that they do use it so some kids don't get confused, but in the end it's their choise. Why do you have to tell everyone you're natural and it's better then these steriods users? It's not better, it's a different choise with different consequences. If it was better you wouldn't need to be telling everyone it was better, you'd just be content with your choise.
Those People are assholes. They see such super muscular dudes and will immediately judge them. Most bodybuilders will never care about if you are obese or skinny or anything. But "normal" People will point at such guys and say "They have tiny balls, They cant even have sex anymore, They die at the age of 50 and It doesnt look good anymore!" It really just is making them look bad so that they feel better about themselves.

I'd prefer being smaller but without the gut. I got my V shape. Need about 10-12 more pounds of muscle and I'll be more than happy. I started 5 foot 9 inches, 138 pounds and am up to 161 now but still have a lower bf percentage. I feel the dysmorphia though cause I keep wanting to get bigger as well
