Personally I believe that is his only weakness.
I think his abs are a little underdeveloped in comparison to the rest of his body (excluding the lower back - he needs to improve that too)

If he'll improve his abs he'll honestly be the best there is.
(When lifts up he chest pose you can barely see his abs - which is okay but in his case it isn't since most of his body is monsterous).
This man is a definition of hard work, persistence and stong will. He deserves it!!!
BranaSB1 I remember he was first coming up as a pro. He's put on more raw muscle mass in a 10 year period than anybody I've ever seen outside of Ronnie. If he can bring his lower back up and dial in his conditioning nobody will stand a chance against him.

That backflip, with his mass, keep up the good work, he may not have a biggest upper back but from the front his shoulder blade bones gives him lattismus size advantage;more cardio and ripping up more to what he has at his age will give him the advantage.. he is obviously doing something right over the years! Keep fueling your body Roelly the way your doing.. 6weeks prior to competition fuel those red twitch muscle fibers full of oxygenated blood then days before proper rest and diet you'll take it this time. Chris Dean he got third place. Phil heath is gone in 2019 so the only person ahead of him is shawn rhoden. But he is very inconsistent. He might be the best shape of his life in 2019. Or he might just end up in fifth. So it depends on him
You cannot guarantee that. They might be off again. It’s a bodybuilding show. Big ramy has the potential but was off again. Bonac is not genetically gifted unlike roelly so for bonac it’s more about how other people do instead of him. Cause he is always on. Start to think rationally instead of hating on roelly lol
Best front relaxed of all time, period was Paul Dillet. He was THE most aesthetic mass monster there ever was as well as the biggest. He obviously couldn't pose, but standing next to anybody without flexing, including Big Ronnie, Jay Cutler, The shadow, etc. it was lights out.

All You need to build a back are Pull Ups, Barbell Back rows and Dumbbell rows thats how Dorian Yates and Jay Cutler did it.

The only thing he lacks is thickness in the lower back other than that Roelly is just a straight freak monster who can def win a few Olympias. I like big Ramy too. Hope they both win at least 1 each
I would love that. But Roelly has a much better chance than Ramy. If you look at Ramy's old competition fotos youll see he never really was conditioned. Its not only now that he had a problem with that. Roelly had plenty of moments where he displayed that he could pull it off. Ramy never had any of those moments. So id rather see Roelly win to be honest. He put in tje most effort and improved the most.

@@jd9799 Nah just his lower back has to improve. There is only so much he can do due to his genetics. Getting a more ripped and dense lower back in combination with a controlled waist is his best bet. And of course coming in shredded.

@@jimstingily3903 I agree, nowadays it's not 'goodlooking' anymore, its just insanely huge. Though I have to say, Roelly looks the least juiced up of all of the big guys of the last decade, and I mean those symptoms you mentioned.
Arnold was all in proportion, he was never the absolute biggest but his proportions and symmetry were unmatched.
If you watch the montage of the video he started off with a decent size chest but his work in the gym was focused more on shoulders and lats which are overgrown....If you look you can barely tell where the front delts And clavicular part of the chest Separates… But it’s all there he’s just overgrown

The condition he was on mr O stage in 2018, was spectacular for someone with massive body ..
People, who think enormous mass alone can get you first place are displaying their complete ignorance pf bodybuilding.
The last thing separating you from the crown is minute detailing, total dryness, and cuts. Not another ten pounds.
He's just never quite dry enough. It's like Big Ramy; all mass but the tiny detailing isn't there. he gets huge in the build up but he's never down to the cuts on the day.
The bodybuilders of this era isnt even humans anymore the 90s era bodybuilders were best
