Hello there...I'm coming off a fractured heel, and at the point where I'm basically learning how to walk again. What was your experience when you had to walk again? It's been tough for me!
+Brett Scott Hey Brett - have you checked out my blog or ebook (links in description)? I talk aaaaallll about my experience with walking. Or check out my other videos.
+Mihal Freinquel Hello Mihal...I'm getting ready to watch them right now. I do like the two I've seen so far!
Hello Mihal, how did you get rid of the limping after this surgery and after long?
I never limped - my PT told me that if I'm limping I'm moving too fast. She also said that if you let yourself limp, you may turn it into a habit. So I took my time in each phase of walking, using crutches and the boot as needed not to limp.
After 7 weeks can you walk i mean go to washroom ect
Yeah at 7 weeks post-op I was still pretty heavily relying on crutches, but did start weight bearing
@@mihal.freinquel Did you mean by that after 7 weeks you can walk right 👍
@@mihal.freinquel Ok after 7 weeks do you feel any pain or something else in your foot
