    I've been saying for years, we don't have Health Care in America. What we have is Disease Management.

      It’s laughable that medical insurance companies call themselves “Healthcare Providers” the doctor & our conscience decisions are our providers …. Insurance companies are financially irresponsible of our healthcare… they are just profiteering

    When Lee mentioned laughing, I burst out laughing. I have laughed my whole life at life. Might be why I have lived my whole life with Type 1 Diabetes and have no complications (62years).

    i've been learning chigong from some Chinese masters based in Germany. Because of distance, the students are learning through Zoom. The masters can send out Chi to everyone in the class from wherever you are and I really feel it. Many times the Chi sent to me made me cry, expand and heal......really amazing.

    Wow, I'd never heard of this, but after being diagnosed and now recovering from breast cancer, I discovered Qi Gong, and started receiving healing from a trained practitioner, its helped me recover so much faster x

    I’ve being doing Qigong for about 7 months now and my anxiety has reduced and is much more manageable. Everyone should be doing Qigong. The best thing is that it’s easy and anyone no matter the age can do it.

    Lee is awesome. I have his videos and it’s the only method of exercise that helps my spinal and fibromyalgia issues.

    I about this from Wayne Dwyer. I was going to look into it more and didn’t get around to it.

    I have followed Lee Holden’s work and teaching for several years, and love his practical approach for learning qigong. He’s a great teacher! Very clear explanations and great videos that people can easily follow. I always include some qigong with my Tai Chi students to help them connect with their own energies.

    The book , the fountain of youth for the over seventies , spinning like devas , we did when we were children , the spinning lines up ALL our chakras and opens up the ductless glands that normally close on our sixties , that's when those people FEEL like they have concrete in their legs , poisoned petrol , blood is your petrol , put good food in the mouth when older not the same ol bad food from past

      Not sure what you've got going on, but I just discovered vagus nerve stimulation. It's dead easy and feels like you're not doing much while doing it, but I'm surprised at its effectiveness. I'm kinda lazy and have noticed there's a decent return and fast turnaround for the low effort put in. 😄

      There's so many natural ways- breathing exercises that allow Many to be totally free from asthma. I don't have it but my heart goes out to all that do & I've heard about so many encouraging stories over the years.

    Animals heart rate is faster , they die younger than us , breath in for 20 hold for 40 let out for 40 and suck the abdomen up to clean out All the old stale air that never gets to leave and you remove it , then you may breath in more air every time , then you hold for 60 , amazing health in 2 days

      For us that have respiratory problems like past smoking nicotine, but not yet considered anything major: Would it be beneficial for us - instead of the goal of 20-40-40 Do as much with each in & hold & out- like say 12-20- 20? Wondering with practice if we can still benefit from the start while aiming for your impressive numbers?

      Believe it or not people find the information when they are ready to find it, not before, not after. I didn't listen to this before, it came to me now after I heard someone else referenced this technique but it was very superficial, so I didn't get the information very well until now with this interview.

    Why not credit the people indigenous to this cultural practice he learned from. He’s talking about Mantak Chia as the Tai Chi master who has the retreat in Thailand. So tired of white people trying to own another culture’s gifts. Great it’s helped them and want to teach others but give credit where it’s due!
