Nice and very correct techniques, indeed. For me one could add a little bit more explosiveness, but that is personal. The Age-Ukes, though, seem to be weired as the examinee apparently always seem to do two Age-Ukes (the first one in mid-step) instead of the expected single one. There is also no change-of-arms required (i.e., where the Age-uke arm is already engaged in another technique - like you have in the final 4 Age-ukes in Jitte). The list of techniques also seem not to require Ushiro-geri and Sonoba-geri (Mae-geri, Yoko-geri-keage, Ushiro-geri - in Zenkutsu-dachi with the same (back) leg).
Thank you for your feedback! I didn't try to show-off or something, I just tried to show the Kihon of the examination. Since then, the JKA examination changed for all DAN and KYU and, also, I am not a JKA member anymore. I think that I worked very hard since 3 years ago and I could do a much better job now - talking about your advice (a very truthful one) regarding the explosiveness. Sorry, I didn't understand what you meant by those Age Uke. I didn't say anything about he Sonoba-geri
Thank you! I have only 3rd Dan and I was thinking that the examinations for 4th Dan and 5th Dan are a little bit too difficult for me. After I will practice more, I will record them as well.
I think that at the 3rd DAN examination, all of them are 3x per combination. But In all videos I used 3x because I didn't have much space in the Dojo. I think that usually depends on the examiner.
as i attempt to be testing for the jka 3rd dan this year( after 37 years of practice lolll), this video is very useful, thanks for sharing
Best of luck! Glad it helped!

Is the counting the same to. Almost all sanbon (3x) per technique? Or 5x you just use 3x for this video? Ossu
