When you get to the top that's when he awakens. Then this magic happens of this soul really coming into oneness and purity. This is essentially what the journey is about. The separation is we need to go through the process of cleansing to allow this process to happen. It will at some point awaken. Its a very nice feeling. It doesnt feel bad. YOu feel cleaner , lighter. You feel more in line with your purpose. YOu feel your higher self has come through. In alignment in tune with your purpose. Now flowing in the correct way. I Have NEVER heard anyone explain this like u have before. You are a treasure. Truly unique and beautiful understanding of the whole thing. I am mesmerized by it. I’ve LITERALLY tuned into kali 😂 As a Scorpio this isn’t a far leap but anyway, it just came over me all of a sudden. Hi! I have a question. For months now I have been feeling this cozy pressure in my lower back when falling asleep. I have now realized this is in fact my kundalini too. The reason I only discovered this now was that I assumed my kundalini would stay in the crown chakra once it got to that place. Anyway, this kundalini energy in the outer back area - just before falling asleep - has moved up a bit further and is now in between my solar plexus and my heart chakra. I tried to dance a bit with the energy last night and managed to move it up to my crown, which felt really lovely. However, the energy was like an elastic band and shot right back down again pretty fast. I tried it a couple of times and the result was the same each time. Can you make sense of this? And do you think it has to do with my DM, who also needs to ascend but who pulls the energy back down?
I wanna know too! Solar plexus energy sometimes feels like an elastic band and I move it with my thoughts and attention to a more comfortable place like the tummy. Just my 2 cents. ❤

Yes, I am male and DF. I met my TF and then my DM left causing separation and then I entered into my spiritual awakening through a Dark Night of the soul. My DM twin is female. It's funny because I had no understanding of these terms, DM, DF, TF, for quite awhile. But only within the past several months have I found definition for all of this and what actually happened to me.
My DM is just as spiritual as me, but I was the first to be the chaser and awaken first. He was spiritual, but walked away first, so I could go through the process. But, yes... the DF can most definitely be a man as well

Reiki, Kriya yoga, pranayama, meditation, etc. Learn the yamas & niyamas. My grandfather had a fused spine but he loved cranial sacral therapy and swimming. Thankfully, there are a variety of ways to get energy moving. ❤
