I think it is very important to note that as long as the individual has a healthy mind and does it have deviant thoughts ie narcissistic or drug-induced sexual deviant behaviours and though. If it is uncomfortable or in an appropriate time you can just transmute it by recognizing the energy and say that you release that energy to serve a higher power as the holy spirit sees fit.

I had a technical question about kundalini and telepathic sex wih my twin
I understand that this energy has to be kept inside at maximum to play its healing part, Kali's role
But few days ago, I "released" sexual energy after having telepathic sex with my twin. Yesterday it felt like my crown chakra was going to "freeze" explode, a very weird feeling.
