Its' very nice, clean and well done. I like the dial and hands and the finishing looks good. The clasp is pretty impressive as well, but its a tough one at this price point. Nice work with the review.
I like it when the date window background is the same/similar color as the dial (like this one). My ocean star 600 also is like that. The blue version of this watch has the white background, which I find too disruptive especially since it’s a long day/date display
I’m not sure there’s a day/date Swiss diver with a micro adjust bracelet that competes with this. Unless I’m mistaken, this is in a class of its own. Thanks for the great content!
I am getting this watch in a matter of days but the Tissot Sea Star has ever better specs and is actually cheaper, different models have different clapses with some being stamped and some being milled.
Actually the Tissot SeaStar 2000 Professional is a much higher quality dive watch than the Mido BUT the only reason why I decided to buy this Mido Ocean Star 200 is because of the case size...the Tissot Seastar 2000 Pro has a 46mm case diameter which is ridiculous for ANY watch to be that size. I understand that the large dimensions of the SeaStar 2000 Pro are big due to the water resistance capability of that watch down to 2000 feet but lets all be honest here...a watch with a case diameter of 46mm is simply absurd and makes the watch look like a kids toy watch. Anyhow, I do admit the Tissot Seat Star 2000 Pro is a much better diver watch than the Mido Ocean Star 200 but the Mido just has the right dimensions and makes the watch look stunning on just about any mans wrist. Maybe some day I will buy the Tissot SeaStar 2000 Pro just to have it as a collectors item but I really don't see myself wanting to wear it out in public with such a huge diameter of 46 ridiculous millimeters. I'll stick to my beautiful Mido Ocean Star 200!
Your video helped me to decide ! Now I have one. God bless you brother !
Have u checked out the ceramic version? It's insane quality for around 800 new
@@jeffd3802 I saw it ! But I must stop this “buying watches” sickness ! 😅
I was between the mido and the new Hamilton navy scuba went with the Hamilton but I’m still thinking about getting the titanium mido one of these days
Good choice too. I'm deciding between Certinaz Hamilton or Mido. Any advice on those? Tks

The ocean star 200 Ceramic is insane quality for under 1000
The Tissot is certainly not a better watch
"Under 1k" unfortunately here where I live, that watch is 1.600
