@lindokuhkesoteya6435 .. it is the law and not any one person. She's simply delivering the interpinterpretation ... which many people choose to defy ... there're many instances in especially black families where some bloody relative breaks the law out of ignorance, laziness and bullying to the detriment of other family members ... some even give such proceeds to their girlfriend's child whom they had not fathered ... just in exchange for intimacy with the whore ... like it occurred with my corrupt "grandfather" .... someday I'll overcome.
My Question and Concern is why does the honourable judge give this "Great Information" now while he's been on the bench for so long,... While he was still enjoying the fruits of the white monopoly rules then? Didn't he see the Need for "Africans to Shape their own African Rules?" Just Concerned as I've asked my question... @sandilezulu3973 I am sure they hate the fact that the accused has the right to silence, to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, the right of appeal, the right to equality. In the so called African law the man is the head of the family and when he dies his closet male relative inherits his property, the kids and the wife. Kodwa our home shouldn't become someone's house. Sometimes I just want to go sleep at home. Connect. Imagine someone closing a gate in a family home we all grew up in. 😢
This was very insightful for those who have money to fight in court, topic is also close to home because some time early this year I lost my job, I was renting and living in a different province, our family home was empty since parents are deceased, upon moving back home to gather myself financially, I’m confronted by my older sister who now lives there with her son, she literally claimed it was her house and kicked me out, she has the documents, it was never a cause for concern for me to know much about the title deeds and changing ownership from deceased to those still alive because I thought a family home meant exactly that, if you’re down bad, you have a home to go back to but we live and we learn.
@ Well I pray to get over myself and host online discussions that are informative because people thirst for this kind of information and can’t get it because most podcasts are just focused on topics around gossip, immorality and those not living virtual lives have little to no places to hear full on discussions and helpful sources for domestic/cultural issues surrounding them - I’m sure more could have been said but it had to be brief.

Very good commentary on the topic that is very sensitive and very sensational but in most families you have this traditional, chauvinistic, know -it-all men who demand ownership, sometimes because they are last-borns/ heirs! You can't argue with them because they think they are always right, and they have the muscular power to "take you out"… whatever that means! 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
As black people we should strive to be financially independent so we don’t fight over four-roomed houses. You find an old man who should be in his own home with his own family fighting with his sisters over 50 square meter property. We should have more pride than that
Absolutely agree with you. As there are more generations in the family, it becomes impractical that the home will be able to accommodate everyone sufficiently. I see family homes as a stepping stone, it should not be something that’s fought over for years and years. But let's be honest, the practicality of family home living is not feasable.... How do they all live in such a property, mostly the communal living leads to fight s which in some cases are fatal. There should be a provision of enabling such property to be bequeathed...in these days a group of family members cannot have access to one house it's a disaster.
Great point. Too idealistic. Somebody leaves the family home to start their own family elsewhere. You remain behind and spend thousands on insurance, upgrade, upkeep, municipality rates and taxes. 17 years later he rocks up with his wife and 4 kids and say this is my family house, we are moving in for free because we're struggling.
