Many of the signs and symptoms of kidney disease are not obvious. So today, we're going to talk about it. I'm going to give you the top 10 signs and symptoms that you might have kidney disease.

Thank you Dr Frita, 18 months I was diagnosed with kidney disease and they were working at 36% and also very high blood pressure. Since then I gave up at least 90% 0f sugars and my kidneys were beginning to repair and from 36% then went to 49% then 56% and now 67% not bad for a 69 year old I guess. Anyone that is is in my situation please rid of sugars. I enjoy following Dr Frita as I get good energy from her because all the things she says are true and she is very caring for us.
I fell out at work and my symptoms were extreme sweating and later vomiting. I went to er and I had very elevated creatinine. After a series of tests it was discovered I had a renal mass of 3.2 centimeters. I am having part of my kidney removed Monday. I’m told my kidneys were at 30%. I’m fortunate that this problem was discovered early. I did have the foamy urine. I have high bp but am not diabetic. Hope this may help someone else.

Thank you for your time and dedication. I am very fit and I have no BP issues that I am aware of. I am a fitness expert that believes in developing heart wall strength. I will read your book, but as a fitness expert I will say that we are supposed to be advancing as a species yet the overall health of American citizens is not improving. Waistlines continue to expand. Clothing manufacturers have been developing clothing that can expand due to demand. Heart disease is an unbridled assassin, and the courts acknowledge obesity as a handicap yet judges aren't going to disable 40% of all Americans. You are truly beautiful, SP

From your previous vids on kidney disease and high blood pressure, I've been more vigilant monitoring my body. As such, left kidney flutters, same one presented kidney stone, face and eyes swollen (and I have excluded the emotional and mental tears shed). Was overweight for several months beyond what's normal for height, BWI for my specific ethnicity. Water retention present, as of late in both legs--moreso on the left with no injury, dull ache with left kidney. Numbness occurs occasionally and I am constantly exhausted even when I have gotten the seven or eight hours of sleep. BP has also been on the uptick.
I know that there's something going on! 😨

Hi Traci, hope you are doing well. Have you heard from your doctor the cause of the kidney fluttering? About 4 days ago I started to notice the same fluttering with no pain in my left kidney. I do not currently have any other symptoms but this fluttering doesn’t feel right. Thanks and best of health you 🙏

I've have peed alot at night after my children. It can be 3- 4 times a night. Sometimes more if I have wine with dinner. I have high blood pressure and I am taking
5mg of amlodipine every day. I did have a kindey stone that passed and went to the ER for pain relief. It was a rare situation which only happened once. I have already your book.

Some doctors give you no information on what you could be doing and what you need to add or remove from your diet. My doctor just tells me. There's a very slight decline in kidney function. Which scared the hell out of me. I'm asking him what I need to do, and he just simply says to drink more water. I drink quite a bit of water, so something else is going on. I think a lot of this stuff is environmental. These issues are popping up that generations ago they didn't suffer from.

Hello doctor Frits, I’m watching your videos but now I need to ask you a question where are you located please
I found out a few years back that I have CKD Stage 3a. And I also have fibro. My blood pressure is always low. So I am not sure how to differentiate the symptoms from CKD or fibro? There are times when I am extremely tired to the point where it’s hard to get up. I also wake up with bruises, not hungry, etc.

I'm a healthy person, but since childhood I hadn't have the feeling of urination even tough I drink so much water. that's strange and when people who around me they notice that I'm different and I don't go to bathroom as I drink so much water.
All my blood tests are normal!
Im nervous i been tested but I'm on all fruits so i feel like maybe that's why my test was ok but i get bags under my eyes in the morning and back pain... I'm just confused

Why do male doctors ignore women who are looking for medical tests/advice?
I watched your heart attack post and I have all 7 symptoms.
I’ve been diagnosed with ME/FMS-CFS 25 years ago and it took 7 years for a real diagnosis vs In being in my mind.
I hate make doctors.
Due to my diagnosis the symptoms are all the same or similar.
I can’t get a doctor to give me a full physical because I have been on fentanyl for a while now. *I found that ALL opiates have little to no effect on me. I found that out after an emergency gallbladder surgery.

Try tramadol. Do not take on empty stomach. Does not seem to cause any euphoria or addiction with fibromyalgia Chronic fatique. Been on it for 25 yrs with return of a lot of functional life

@@cyyoung9175I'm on tramadol for fibromyalgia and back pain, but I can't take it during the day because I will be like a zombie and won't be able to drive or do anything with attention or focus. I'm always in pain and finding out now it could also be due to hyperparathyroidism which has overlapping symptoms of fibro.

I just had lab work done yesterday. Although I'm still in the safe zone, I'm concerned because I take Amlodipine 5mg for high BP. I also don't have symptoms. I urinate one time or less per night because I drink late. I understand there are BP meds to protect kidneys. My mom had diabetes, high BP and kidney failure. She was prescribed Lisinopril. is there a BP med that's better for protecting kidneys?
