Thank you for a fantastic episode...please could you expand the section on Nitric Oxide to a full episode? Would love to hear a deep dive on the effect on cardio vascular health and ageing effects of L Citrulline + Beetroot juice + exercise. This niche subject seems to be going more mainstream
Great stuff guys. I watched the episode of kyle on the huberman lab podcast and it was great. So i Think u guys are extremely knowledgeable, but u just have to improve the quality of the videos (using mics etc..) so it's more engaging. Other that that, i would love to see more and more of ur content. Much love✌
Please repaint the room you do your videos in... it is depressing lol. Also, James O'Hara is sooo chill and laid back that he puts me to sleep and I cannot sit through a whole video. Could you also put chapters in your videos please. Thanks!
Great video! I really appreciate you guys breaking down these supplements. I look forward to the other videos you guys plan on doing on supplements. One thing I would add maybe you will in the more specific videos. But adding dosages of how much you need to take that would be helpful or significant especially when quoting from studies. I know you can’t say “you should take this much” but I noticed in Huberman labs he breaks down the studies really well by giving an overview by the numbers then the benefits and or possible risks.
@@gilletthealth Perfect. Not that this is what you're after, but cadence and delivery matter when giving this information and creating successful content. Can seriously see you guys getting as big as Dr. Attia, someone needs to donate a new camera and mic! :)
LOVE this episode!!! I would love to see a future deep dive episode on systemic/proteolyic enzymes (like serrapeptase, bromelain, nattokwinase, etc.). I take these daily, along with digestive enzymes at meals, and have found them to be beneficial.
Me also as I tried Serrapeptase for a couple of months with mixed results - I found that it only worked with a very empty stomach as in 12 hours etc. Various high quality companies had different recommended times to take it. One said on an empty stomach - another said the same along with 2 hours after a meal. The one I used was at 120,000 SKU?? I believe I got the SKU thing right. The recommended dose was also low as I know an ND with decades of experience which specializes in Sports Medicine. He said that when he hurts enough after overdoing training he takes 6 - 8 caps. Indeed, with a very empty stomach it does inflammation and pain in as well as 4 Aspirin and 650 mg of time released Tylenol. Thanks
I’ve been requesting a topic to so many people but no one seems to care enough to address it. Please please do a video on how hormonal birth control affects young women, and how all the different kinds of hormonal birth control affects women. There seems to be a focus on pills but what about the implant? What about the IUD? Are they synthetic hormones? How is it affecting estrogen, progestin, and test levels? Is it aging us? PLEASE no one seems to give a shit and I think it’s so important
With regards to Collagen - I have used it for tendon and ligament damage(permanent) as well as Gelatin. I found that Gelatin worked better. I figured at the time that the Gelatin also contained enough/extra/critical amino acids as well as about 25% Collagen
Can you guys do more scientific tips and supplements for how to increase ejaculation, overall pelvic floor health, improve sex... It looks like a popular topic, also on Reddit there are bunch of guys experimenting with all kinds of stuff for increasing the load. Will also bring some more views.😊
