I had squeezing pain in left shoulder going down to my hand. Very painful. I didn’t have a heart attack but blockage.

Experiencing chest pain had me really concerned. A quick trip to the doctor reassured me that everything was okay. Your sharing has prompted me to be more mindful of my health as well. Thanks for the reminder!

People with anxiety wil worry even more, anything and everything that they would feel in their bodies they will make a conclusion that theres something terrible going on so they keep on thinking and thinking, a headache = brain tumor, chest pain = heart attack, stomach pain = cancer,
Anything, so should they live in hospital and get tested everyday for everything they feel or think?

Being extremely stressed is common now. A lot of it is work related and we can do nothing about it. I had a heart attack actually AT work and my manager said it was my 'latest illness' ( I had been telling her for months that I felt unwell and needed to be in an office close to home and the hospital) This was during c19 when travelling on public transport was thought t o be dangerous but obviously my manager knew better
