The whales should sue the company, it's not the first game to get sued.
It wouldnt surprise me to see.. i have no idea how the devs can restore confidences to the whales so maybe there will be some kind of mass refund event that the whales will try at least..

Sounds like great best time to hop into the game tbh. With all the whales banned things could be competitive again. Not a first that I have seen people get banned for exploits in a game. It is a bit silly but I don't know I guess I just have a hard time sympathizing with wallet gamers.
@@fires2398 The thing is, it was a lot of f2p and tiny spenders that got banned for this as well since THEY sent premium currency to peoples mails
THEY calculated and sent the rebate incorrectly - past a certain point you just auto collect your mail in this game and thats what most people did really :(
The ad grind was what ultimately led me to abandoning this a few months back, but it was already pretty much a game for whales to begin with where their only objective was to skim as much money from the players and it seems like they simply decided to go all the way and take the money and leave.
Well that's why I don't like to put any money into such games to begin with, and for this game at least that was a decision that has been proven prudent. Games where all benefits only go to play to win players to the point where the rest of the player base is largely sidelined simply isn't giving any reason to actually invest in the game at all.
No wonder my discord had been pinging continuously, I did access the discord channel for IT but never really got on it much and it went crazy a short while back. So this was the reason.
Yeah i had long abandoned the ad grind before this bs ended up happening.. to be fair id been stepping back more from this game every day for a long time
But yeah, its even worse now - they're 100% cash grabbing as much as they can from new/existing whales before they shut down for sure smh

60k+ top up, I got banned as well, made a ticket the same day, havent even gotten a response yet. worse part imo, they event took the weekend as if everything was normal, how can they not work 24/ 7 to fix this shit in 1-2 days max and be done, or like you said they should have just owned it and then we would even get a bit of respect back for all the shit they have already done over the years... was a fun for the time it lasted but yeah sad ending

Devs made a mistake, and now banning players just because they messed up and sent the wrong amount of spirit jades for the rebates. They want us now to give them money for us to get our accounts back. That's just unfair.

You can have fun f2p, i did for a very long time but you absolutely will never compete for first in pretty much any event though
Just play until you the only one in the server. Create new character every new server. One will be only you.

@@yuuunarukami7006 my only suggestion is to use your free chances when the servers might be empty ... like when many people are offline, i did get 3 more gold boxes in the rerun of 6 star diva event .. thought what i got out of them was heaven int pills... but the odds were definitely better after midnight
