PIR non-chicane April 2023 - CRX

First PIR laps of the year! A busy day as I was both instructing and running laps with the advanced group. Couldn't quite beat my PB on the non-chicane layout sadly. If I had a few more laps, maybe I could've worked up more speed through 7 and 10.
I started the day with a more aggressive rear wing setting leftover from ORP. Dialing it back helped keep my top speed identical (to the tenth of a mph!) to my previous PB lap. The car feels wonderfully planted through faster corners.
The 4 laps before this were all within a tenth of each other. For this final lap of the day, I pushed it and carried 5mph more into turn 4, which shaved off 4 tenths! Stayed in the throttle until S/F line to get this time before cooling down.
Non-chicane days always make me miss... the chicane. It's a long straight with only 110hp, and the chicane gives me a chance to pester other cars in turns 4-7. Still a lovely day at the track and a good chance to study turn 4, which you're approaching way faster than usual (110mph vs 80mph in my car).
