wanshei - But if you don't buy a Wacom, you won't get to deal with Wacom's outstanding -scumbags- "customer service"! And all the other artists will make fun of youuuuuuu!
I only get wacom for longevity, since they're built like tanks. I don't expect a Huion to last me more than 2-3 years. Many people use their cintiq's for a full decade.
I got a Huion and it had all sorts of issues popping up only a few months in. Wacoms are way overpriced but they do last, which us why it sucks that they still don't have any real competition in the areas they truly excel at.
thank you for this video. my daughter is into anime drawing. i got her a wacom and shes great with it but now shes wanting this tablet. after seeing this video I will be purchasing it for her birthday. Have a blessed day
dont peel of the screen protector its supposed to protect your eyes from screen glare and it also gives you a matt texture for a paper like feel i don't know about the radiation but i heard other users said it
Hah!HIUON!The first drawing tablet I ever bought, my first experience on discovered digital art at an age thirteen. Now past over seven years it still active!Really excited about your full review on this tablet!
This is the first video of your that I have seen and I love your presenting style! I also love the oval pic-in-pic and your choice of music! I look forward to a more detailed review as I have been coveting Jazza's Cintiq for quite a while!
Oh man... I was working on a comic, when I felt I need a break, strolling around youtube and watching your video, because I already thought about buying this tablet and didn't watch any reviews yet, so I thought it could give me an impression. Now... I'm looking down at my small non-display-tablet (a Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch in size S!) and... now I'm... depressed... I'm not even in the mood to draw further... need an even bigger break... see what you have done =( But really nice video and nice drawing either =)
Thank you, Huion. You seem to know well what you are doing. It was like your demonstration should not end. I can watch your clips a whole week. Cheers!!!
I was looking to replace my old EP121 and getting exhausted from searching through table review blogs. Your video sold me on the Huion, and I put in my order about 10 minutes ago. So excited!!
Oh cool! This could be a really awesome gift to someone who wants to start in the world of digital art or something. Does it have touch support? I've only seen you use the pen and when you wanted to zoom in you've used the pen for that too.
It doesn't have touch support but in fairness I don't really use touch on my Wacom MobileStudio Pro because...well...it's terrible lol. I prefer to hold down a shortcut key and drag left/right to zoom in and out :)
NihongoGamer lol, same here. I waa never able to use it on any wacom, also not on the pro. Its just horrible. And every driver update turns it on again.
Do want! I like my traditional media and recently made the leap to digital and using a wacom draw the learning curve is massive to me. I'm a ways off of affording something like this but you have seriously helped me answer some questions while I'm browsing different models
Wow that is big, I actually still have a Cintiq 13 hd which has worked fine for me. I always wanted a bigger one but I don't think anything bigger than that fits on my tiny desk, still I have tested bigger ones and is like you say, you don't really have the need to zoom in, very true. But I feel like I can do the same things on the big ones that I can with my small one (like in quality of the artwork I mean) and zooming in is not like a big problem. I remember one girl that told me this when I told her I was getting the 13 inch Cintiq and I quote: "If it's not a 27 inch tablet it's not worth it" xD like I had money or space for such a thing. She was in denial that anything smaller would work for her but she was making art in an old genius tablet....I don't know where people get this ideas that bigger and expensive is better. Huion is a very affordable brand, thank you for this review.
I have bought and used Huion, they are absolutely wonderful, no wonder Wacom are worried. they have been SO expencive and way beyond many artists budget. I had Huions top of the range tablet before this one and it performed like a wacom and it cost £450. It also came with 2 pens and a glove {I didnt use the clove at all because the glass they use is great. IF you have always wanted something like the exensive Wacom but it was just out of reach buy Huion with confidence, you will be overjoyed, it is very high quality manucacturing and feels like a pro bit of kit and it is a third of the price
i use a huion gt 220. I find that it is one of if not the best drawing display i have used, i like the size, it works well as a gaming monitor as you said. and all in all i think huion is a good brand
I agree, I got a Huion Giano and I am really happy with it now. When I had some problems with it and wrote a bad reiview on amazon, the Huion Support INSTANTLY mailed me to help me and it was the best support experience I had in my whole life tbh. I am so glad they offer this tablets for such a low price, becuz if I would have to buy a Wacom Tablet I could only afford a very small tablet. Even tho the products look a lil bit cheap, they are amazing to use
I am an art teacher from The Bahamas, Never drew on such things but Can't wait to start, I will be investing in one of these DT, I saw the cintiq a few years back. But this looks good, Thanks for the video.
AnimeVenus16 Ad revenue (kinda low atm), sponsors (wacom, huion etc) and merch (if your channel has merch). As for the art, anyone who's half decent can make money off comissions, as long as there's exposure (like a 120k+ subs youtube channel). That being said, I don't know if he still does comissions and how much he charges, but he mentioned doing them in an older video. +Wooby Wibbity It can. Believe it or not, but people don't necessarily do youtube just for fun. If you can gather subs and keeps views coming, you'll make money off your channel. At least as much as with a normal low-requirements job. As for art, anyone can ask exorbitant money as long as they can draw somewhat okay. Even I got 30 euro for a shitty mutation-fetish comission and 50 euro for a company logo. The latter took me 20 minutes to make. And I'm nowhere near professional.
Nicolle you probably keep it. It's a hight gift high reward thing for the companies. They get billions and billions of customers who came by seeing a review and all those customers at just a price of 1 product giveaway
Very cool video man. Enjoy it alot. The Huion Kamvas GT-191 looks like a sweet device I say. I possibly will consider it for my channel. I've been drawing for some years but somehow got out of it for awhile, I miss it. Totally should get back into it.
Man, that's fancy! I wouldn't mind having such a big screen to draw on.Having started with pencil and paper, I'd feel right at home with this one, I bet.Your unboxing videos are so funny btw, you just throw stuff in the air like nobody's business, lol.
I'm guessing they're searching YT for people who use Wacom products and contacting them. 5:13 I was somehow thinking of the Acer P193W/X193W with a 3rd-party stand (and a rubber pad on the bottom middle), although that's a 16:10 monitor. 6:34 Umm... don't you already use a similar thing with your iPad Pro? 7:15 I'm pretty sure that's for the screen because it's clearly glossy, unlike what I think is the paper-like texture on the MSP.
Loved the video! I have some suggestions for your review: can you talk about input lag between the pen and the screen? Like if the strokes trail behind the pen and stuff as well as wobbly lines because a lot of tablets struggle with keeping lines straight when you draw slowly. Also, can you talk about parallax and colour accuracy? These things are very important when purchasing a drawing tablet and I would love to hear your opinions. As always, keep up the good work!

Nice to stumble across other people using Clip Studio Paint as well. :) Anyway, nice review, and cool product! (Still gonna try getting my Graphire 4 working on Sierra though.) :P
exellent review. Just the information i needed to hear. Although It would be fenomenal to do the settings on both cintiq and Huion and test the pressures and angles of the pen side by side.
The drawing process seems to take a long time, i now know it isnt easy to create a comic nor digital art. Yet the readers always want quick upload of another chapter of comic!
Cool, I just subscribe to your channel by the arcade stick review, but you are also a skillful artist, now I believe that all japanese people are good in fighting games and drawing. And thanks for the advice, never thought about put the screen in the edge of the table to avoid that my elbow get in the way when I draw, thanks for that tip. Greetings from Mexico.
BEAUTIFUL!! That was amazing I cant draw at all! But I really really need to learn because I wanna go in to film making and animation after highschool. loved it
HUION has some cheaper models and I love the fact that Wacom finally has some competition, their screen tablets are way too expensive.
A random weeb i believe wacom mostly sells its products for companies/ meant for companies thats why its ultra expensive 😂👌✌
I agree
OMG ffiiinnnnaaaalllly someone finally agrees with me
Truuuuue like in my country it costs around 100 + dollars for a wacom intuos the smallest size that it has xD

COMES WITH A SCREWDRIVER!?... sold
That plastic film I got rid of was a screen protector!?!? Looooool. I threw it ON THE GROUND! Better go buy a new one now oops.
lmao
lmao. I was just going to comment on that. The screen's glare and radiation could damage your eyes. also it's not really scratch resistant
NihongoGamer you even didn't read the manual.
Hahaha ^^
Where do you buy another one? I did the same thing :(
the questions should be , do digital artists WANT THIS??!
yes
very much
SO true lol
wLichi yup but do I Need the Mac
I have a monitor tablet (cheaper brand cuz I poor), and I am spoiled. Simply cannot go back to regular tablet.
+gen101394 what's the brand?
RandomVee Parblo. Not as popular a brand, but I've had it for a year now and it works very well.
I should totally buy this! I'm in need of a new screwdriver.
A screwdriver??
@@visibletonone.superiortoal2033 😂😂😂😂
😂 🎃🎃Is that really necessary.?
Can i have the tablet ? You can take the screwdriver
Let's see.... I could pay $1,999 for a 22" Wacom Cintiq or $449 for a 19" Kamvas. Hhhmmmnn this is a tough decision - NOT!!!

You mean the radiations.
Falcryx no, the original commenter was right.
KhOrganization she edited the comment
Radiation??? You know that's only a problem with old CRT screens.
i meant like glares that hurt your eye
Nice that you review this right now, I've been pondering which route to go on these things

How did it go?
Just curious, but when companies send you stuff for review, do you have to give it back or do you get to keep it? Or is it on a case-by-case basis?

i use a 3ds to draw. lol
