    Thanks for the video. Many of our friends and neighbors raise cattle (plus a few dairy farmers here and there), so I don't imagine ever wanting to eat anything but real beef, pork or chicken. I bet if you fried them in lard or butter it might help the dryness. Hey you're getting close to 1000!!

      @ChetDay we love your take on this. It may be possible to inject the burger but not sure how the plant based material would soak up and keep in the flavor! Worth a shot though!
