i was sort of confused on why Monica’s apartment looked sort of off to me. It’s because it doesn’t have the little step up to the other platform! where the window is, there is a step up and it’s a risen level.
The basement felt blah compared to the show. Needed the freezer and should have had more walls to give it more of the closed in feel it had. Didn’t even have the tv!
Ahh Friends. That show that made every hopeful teen think "Man, it would great to live in an apartment in New York." And now, very glad I never followed up on that wish ^^;;
I am a set dresser in the film industry (we decorate the sets) and details are one of the biggest parts of our job. Layering a set with years and decades of a characters life is what makes it believable, nothing should stand out but everything together should lend to selling the story. I know the decorator for friends and am glad you enjoyed the experience. Thanks for the walking tour!
Just one minor nitpick- although Monica and Rachel did get the Chanandler Bong question wrong, the one that lost them the apartment was “What was Chandler Bing’s Job?” It’s super minor and as always I love the video!!!
Also how can you check out everything in the apartment and not try to open Monica's messy closet while singing the theme song to Sanford & Son, as Chandler screamed "You're messy!"
Watched That 70s Show all day today while working on my art. Love that show. Noticed the freezer is missing. Episode I watched today had Eric getting a fudge pop out and throwing it so Kelso would chase it. Lol
This was really cool, Tim, thanx. Shared the link with a friend who's a huge Friends fan. Socially distanced hugs to the 3 of you. Stay strong, stay positive, stay healthy!!
I went to the Friends pop-up in Boston and I was really underwhelmed by it! Based on their advertising, I thought it was going to be a much more immersive experience, but it was so quick to walk through! I enjoyed it, I just wish it had been a longer experience.
For anybody who's wondering. . . . Jenn's channel is Jenn does it Jackson WILL be aadded to the logo soon. . . . Live shows are on Tuesdays and Fridays The P.O box is CLOSED. No offical date on opening. Disney will be opening on 7/11 They do NOT want to release Jackson's middle name. They link for the mask Tim wore today: amzn.to/3dxiXo8
"How much do you think this apartment would cost?" A West Village apartment that size is probably $6500 if you're lucky today. Good thing it was rent controlled! (While I sit in my tiny apartment not in the West Village.)
Love seeing you visit places we have been many times. Will really miss holidays in Orlando this year but seeing Tim everyday keep me in touch with all the parks. Thanks Tim and Jen. Your a godsend in these strange times we live in
Thank you so much for featuring the Friends pop up. It's my favorite show of all time and I wouldn't be able to go to the pop ups. I lived it through you. I'm sure you don't read my comment but thought I'd try.
Thanks for taking us here! I would love to go to these pop ups! Very cool!! Stay safe and healthy trackers 💕 I also wanted to say thank you for “now it’s time to help.” Ive followed and looked at all of the orgs you’ve mentioned. Love this idea and thank you for sharing info. (And don’t worry, I still “pay the price” 😀) xo Lauren
Love both TV sets...we missed the opportunity when friends pop up set came to Massachusetts. Love that ‘70’s show...they’re missing the large floor freezer where Eric and the gang got their ice pops, but all in all, really cool. Thanks for sharing.
Love watching the Trackers!! Honestly they've been such a big relief during this weird time in America, it's been amazing watching them and feeling less boxed in, been watching you guys for 3 years now and I'm looking forward to continuing to do so for the next 50 lol! Stay safe!
Two great shows! Both of which I fell in love with after they ended. When Netflix first started and you only got dvds in the mail, I would order these two. I eventually bought That 70’s Show and for a year I didn’t have any kind of cable or internet. I would just have That 70’s Show on non stop. Sometimes I watched it and other times it was just for background noise. Now Friends is my go to show to fall asleep to at night or to just have background noise. I never get tired of watching either show. Pretty cool to see their rooms in person.
I liked that you had the interactive experience with the chat during the premiere, really enjoyed it!! Wish I could see these pop ups in real life, they looked really cool :D Glad you could share it with us since I can't experience it myself with the current conditions!
That place was always not crowded even when I lived down there in 2012. But it is really creepy now. This whole covid thing is so depressing. Loved the friends set. Thanks Tim.
Back in the late 1990s there was an exhibit similar to this in Cincinnati, except the sets were The Jeffersons, The Brandy Bunch, Three's Company, and some others. Too cool!
Wow! It was awesome to see Tim come here 😁 Thanks for keeping us entertained when we can't entertain ourselves. LOL 🤣 As Pooh said, "Doing nothing is the very best something" 🙂
It would be neat to see these 2 sets. Several years ago we took the Warner Brothers Studio tour. The last stop on the tour was the Central Perk set from friends. That was really cool to see. We were allowed to sit on the couch and take photos. I heard WB moved the Friends fountain from the WB Ranch to the Burbank studio. That too would be neat to see.
I'm actually binge watching 70's Show for a 2nd time. Done Friends like 8 times already. Finished Lost 2-weeks ago for 5th time. I guess you can say those are my favorite shows ever lmao.
Looks like such a cool area. I've never been there before but definitely need to put it on my agenda the next time we're down there! I would LOVE to go to the Friends pop up but I'm sure it will be long gone by the time we get back to Florida. Awesome video! Thanks Tim! Huge hugs and love to you all xoxo
Hi Tim and hi Jenn and Jackson hanging out at home now Tim the pop up was most interesting like you said every thing in both rooms were to the tee of the show and it was amazing seeing the old vintage items from back in the 70s so thanks for the tour of the pop up rooms and it was very different as you walked around there and seeing no people I know you said they get there crowd on the weekend but I’m wondering if people might not be going because they are scared of the virus so with that thanks so much Tim for showing me around that area and as always peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you and Jenn and Jackson at home and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure also please be safe out there and also Jenn and Jackson
Ahh the "friends' & "that 70's show" sets two show that my mom might have watch & would love to visit I hope Tim/Jenn & Jackson are staying safe & well
The deciding question they got wrong was "what is Chandler bings job" 😂 trans... Transponster! 🤣 Absolutely jealous, it's been in the UK loads and everytime it's fully booked within hours of putting dates up 😭
3:17 - 3:23 you actually do see that wall in one episode. The one where chandler wants to know whats in monicas closet. Towards the end he opens it and monica walks in. So the shot is monica looking into the closet and chandler by the closet entrance. There you can see the fourth wall.
“What is Chandler Bing’s Job?”
“Ooh he’s a *TRANSPONDSTER!*” 😂
One my favorite episodes.
THAT'S NOT EVEN A WORD!!!!!!
He works on the WENIS
Michael B 😂😂😂😂
@@angelmichelle666 LOL I legit read that in Monica's screaming voice XD
@@crsh2007 that’s why he wrote that
Nothing more perfect timing than sitting down with a fresh cup of coffee and seeing this in the notifications!
i was sort of confused on why Monica’s apartment looked sort of off to me. It’s because it doesn’t have the little step up to the other platform! where the window is, there is a step up and it’s a risen level.
Ah, yeah. Odd to painstakingly recreate every detail except that gigantic feature :p
Thank you! I knew something wasn’t quite right but couldn’t work it out 😹
I was wondering where the dangly lamp is.
Liability
Is that where they actually filmed or a replica?
I couldn't help but notice that the freezer wasn't in Eric's Basement! They were always eating popsicles.😮
I came here to say that. I noticed it immediately.
I noticed that too.
Thank you, I thought I was imagining that and I wasn't sure if I was right lol
First thing I noticed as well.
The basement felt blah compared to the show. Needed the freezer and should have had more walls to give it more of the closed in feel it had. Didn’t even have the tv!
Ahh Friends. That show that made every hopeful teen think "Man, it would great to live in an apartment in New York." And now, very glad I never followed up on that wish ^^;;

Just one minor nitpick- although Monica and Rachel did get the Chanandler Bong question wrong, the one that lost them the apartment was “What was Chandler Bing’s Job?” It’s super minor and as always I love the video!!!
I was looking for someone who caught it! Haha "Transponder "
Also how can you check out everything in the apartment and not try to open Monica's messy closet while singing the theme song to Sanford & Son, as Chandler screamed "You're messy!"
Lol I just commented with that
Kristin McGary I think it was actually “a transpondster” 😂
Well in the grad scheme of things it did ultimately lose them the game because if they had got that right there would be no Lightning Round.
I hope they do a recreation of the Dunder Miflin office! I would love to walk around to everyone’s work desks
Yesssssss!!!
Yasssssss
They actually do have something for the office maybe it didn’t exist when you posted this a year ago
Very colorful background set...
I love purple
Watched That 70s Show all day today while working on my art. Love that show. Noticed the freezer is missing. Episode I watched today had Eric getting a fudge pop out and throwing it so Kelso would chase it. Lol
Oh I love your new ending!! "now it's time to help"
That 70s show basement is dope I loved watching that show
OMG 2 of my favorite things to watch...the Trackers and Friends!! This is so awesome!
I was never a _Friends_ watcher, but I would love a Seinfeld apartment pop up. That apartment is so iconic to me.
Oh yea that's a good one
Never got into Seinfeld.
@@mindyschocolate , I hated that show!. Loved friends and That Seventies show though. I loved how Eric was such a wise ass and snarky all the time!.
There's a recreation of the set, which once toured the country, as part of the Sony Pictures Studios tour in LA.
I would also love to see Frasier Crane's apartment and the departure terminal from "Wings".
I would love to visit a place like this but with shows like Fresh Prince and King of Queens!
i saw that 70s show and i clicked SO fast omg its so cool seeing that set!!
You actually do see that wall every time they are out on the balcony😄😄
Oh I love this-wish it was local. Thanks for taking us!
I would definitely check out the sets now that I know about them!
This was really cool, Tim, thanx. Shared the link with a friend who's a huge Friends fan.
Socially distanced hugs to the 3 of you. Stay strong, stay positive, stay healthy!!
This is truly glorious! Love the attention to detail.
🎵 I’ll be there for you!🎶 🎤
Hello Wisconsin! 😁 ...brings a tear to this Wisconsin guy. 😁
I went to the Friends pop-up in Boston and I was really underwhelmed by it! Based on their advertising, I thought it was going to be a much more immersive experience, but it was so quick to walk through! I enjoyed it, I just wish it had been a longer experience.
I love that you guys do "and now its time to help" I hope you keep this as your outro from now on!
Couldn’t agree more!
I never got into Friends, but I do love That 70s Show! Very cool to see the set up.
Shelbie Malone I preferred the later seasons of Friends myself, but identified better with That 70’s Show.
oh my gosh that was awesome, both apartment and basement!! wow thank you for that tim!!
Tim's "Friends" knowledge is on point.
For anybody who's wondering. . . .
Jenn's channel is Jenn does it

Thank you so much for featuring the Friends pop up. It's my favorite show of all time and I wouldn't be able to go to the pop ups. I lived it through you. I'm sure you don't read my comment but thought I'd try.

Ah man that 70s show was my childhood. I watched that show religiously. Next to home improvement. That was awesome tour.
Love watching the Trackers!! Honestly they've been such a big relief during this weird time in America, it's been amazing watching them and feeling less boxed in, been watching you guys for 3 years now and I'm looking forward to continuing to do so for the next 50 lol! Stay safe!
Aw I love both shows! 🤗❤️ looks like great fun 👍
I don't know what's better, an episode of Friends or Tim Tracker in Friends' set. This video is a crossover between two things I love, I just can't.
I’m so excited! You guys have pulled me through quarantine.
I think this is the best day ever...my friends obsession combined with my Tim tracker obsessed...speechless!!!!

Actually It's "Smelly cat, SmELLY cat"
really cool! LOVE that 70's show! also my brother is finally binge watching Friends.
You can tell Tim and Jenn are true Friends fans haha...love this video!!!!
Yes Ross' kid is from the suite life and riverdale 😍 cole sprouse/ Dylan sprouse
Very cool! We did the WB Studios tour in LA and got to sit on the real couch from Central Perk. We love Friends!
I liked that you had the interactive experience with the chat during the premiere, really enjoyed it!! Wish I could see these pop ups in real life, they looked really cool :D Glad you could share it with us since I can't experience it myself with the current conditions!

That is such a neat thing to exist. It must have been really amazing for everyone who worked on building those sets to see the completion of each set.
Really loved your tutorial and thanks for uploading this! Its dream to visit both of these locations sets...
This is so cool! I still watch friends reruns....lol enjoyed this vlog! ❤️
Back in the late 1990s there was an exhibit similar to this in Cincinnati, except the sets were The Jeffersons, The Brandy Bunch, Three's Company, and some others. Too cool!
You all will always be amazing. I’m going to watch you until the last possible moment. 💕💕
Ah... 😌 That 70’s Show. So many great memories from watching that show. Felt like i was part of their group and grew up with them
What up, love you guys. Hope you're staying safe and well
I've never seen that 70's show, but i was a huge fan of Friends! It was pretty awesome seeing the apartment! 😊
Thanks for sharing, so cool to see. Loved both shows when they were on and enjoyed watching them again on Netflix 👍😁
Super cool!! Thanks for filming and sharing!
I loved this Video the room looks nice!
I used to work at that Regal. It is crazy to see it so abandoned. It's nice to see Opa still open. They have good food!
So happy to see the home vlog yesterday. I missed Jenn and Jackson. I mean we live Tim of course but I love Jenn and Jackson too lol
How fun! I love stuff like this! No pot in the 70's basement haha?

Omg that's also the kid off of Big Daddy with Sandler! Also the apartment looks a lot better on the show, lighting is everything lol.
I’m so jealous. I can’t wait to go to Monica’s apartment
I LOVE POP UP SHOPS!!!!!!!!
You all have so much fun in Orlando!
Everytime we go to Orlando we stay near this outdoor mall and it’s busy as heck!!!! Crazy to see it’s so deserted wow 😳
Two of my favorite things, Tim Tracker and Friends!!
Looks like such a cool area. I've never been there before but definitely need to put it on my agenda the next time we're down there!
