The sims 4 into the future is just a global warming eco lifestyle add on, a pandemic feature and you can host gender reveals that have a chance of causing a devastating fire.
Wouldn't it be awesome if, as your neighborhood footprint gets more and more Industrial, it _actually started having an effect on the weather_ ? Like, it'd have to be a long-term thing, but if you keep playing the same save file, over time there's more heat wave days in summer and less snow in winter, and storm events become more common? This'd have to be an Eco Lifestyle/Seasons crossover, of course, to work. You could even have it extend to other worlds that you happen to have, for example maybe Windenburg's winters could become less severe while Sulani starts baking. And people in the already-desert Strangerville and Oasis Springs would be MISERABLE. Cooling costs for indoor spaces would soar. And crops (even basegame ones, no Cottage Living required!) would start having a harder time growing, and need more water to keep from drying up, and even ON the grid houses would have to start collecting water for times of drought, and...omg this'd be cool. It will NEVER HAPPEN aside from extensive modding, but it'd be cool.
If you ever wondered about why the doctors are far away during an x-ray, its actually because the doctor is a radiologist, which basically means all they do is x-rays (and other medical imaging). So while your getting a short exposure to a lot of radiation, they are being slowly exposed to a little bit of radiation all day every day they work. My friend is a radiologist, and he has to take months off of work if he gets to much radiation exposure, because you can get sick. At least thats what he told me anyways lol
That's pretty much the gist of it yea. Theirs slowly build up and up and if it reaches a certain level their chance of cancer increases as well as general radiation sickness. Which is, well, deadly.
I wish EA would bring out an Expansion Pack that would take our Sims into space to go exploring different plants, animals, plants, Comets, Asteroids, minerals, gases, etc etc etc.... I know I know we got a slice of it in Get To Work, but like I said; it's only a slice - it needs to be a whole pack for full submersion = like you said in a previous video: you got Egypt and Medieval in Sims 3 (which I've not played-I only have Sims 3 base game + University). So, yeah, "SIMS IN SPACE........." :P
The Sims Medieval is separate and because of the story line you can't control kids which I am not use to and The Sims 3 did get egypt, france and china.
The reason why it's safe for a patient to be X-rayed but the doctor has to hide behind a screen on the other side of the room is because you're only going to be in there for a few seconds while the doctor running the X-ray machine has to be in there with it for like 8 hours a day. Prolonged exposure to X-rays is more dangerous than only a few seconds or so.
I just wish sims 3 ITF was called “In time” instead. Not only can you go to the future, meet your descendants learn future skills, but you can go back in time meet your ancestors and learn older skills.
I think it's funny that you said in the begining that everyone just has an abandoned hospital in there neighborhood and I know you were sarcastic but my town literally has an abandoned hospital that looks straight out the walking dead
@@Remomniac well I made an assumption about into the future, since it was the last pack in the sims 3 and sims 4 got almost all the packs that sims 3 has (and more) and so I feel like they would finish with a futuristic pack, since they are working on sims 5 already (it has been rumored by EA workers or something like that, that sims 5 is early in the making)

Abandoned hospitals aren't actually uncommon, at least in my area. Near here is this old, abandoned asylum in the city. It's called The South Carolina State Hospital. It was a publicly funded state-run psychiatric hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. Founded in 1821 as the South Carolina Lunatic Asylum, it was one of the first public mental hospitals established in the United States. It's also very haunted and many ghost hunters go there to hunt ghosts. Sadly, they're changing it into a recreational space.
Probably been said a billion times, but there's some context for the Zangarmarsh build: It's based off the easter egg in World of Warcraft in Nagrand (on the Zangarmarsh border). In the mountains there's a small hut with a troll woman and she has a load of babies. If you snoop around you find dynamite, skeletons and other questionable stuff there. In a later expansion, the troll was brought back as a shapeshifting witch who must be killed.
And if you look for cyberpunk on the gallery 💖🙌 those buildings are just something else for me. Your videos always cheer me up 💖💛 And I'm gonna try to sound british and say "greetings from Argentina" probably a bad english attempt but worth the try 😂😂😂
Notes from an x-ray technologist, we hide so far away because we are around radiation all day every time we come to work. The best analogy I have is like if your bartender had to take shots with every person who came in the bar. Sure you're fine after your few shots, but the bartender is lookin at some major problems if they drink like that all day every work shift. So we stand back to keep from being exposed to too much radiation while you are being exposed to a minimal amount. Generally if you're getting a couple x-rays you're getting about as much radiation as you would if you just existed for a couple of days because radiation is everywhere.

it’s just wish fulfilment but i kinda wish the supernatural packs came with their own time periods. vampires will be during the victorian era, completed with vampire hunters, the spellcasters are witches during the medieval period with an ongoing plague, and the aliens are part of into the future. if not aliens, then android sims that are like a servo but actually look human

I'd love to have a futuristic pack for the sims 4 as it was one of my favorites for the sims 3, but after the Star Wars pack I doubt we'll get "Into the Future". That's probably why I got University cause it has robots. But one can always hope. But if I'm being honest, I'd like to see a pack that centered around Sixam and aliens. The world would then probably be another "secret world" or, if we get lucky, a "vacation world". And I know that it's exactly what Batuu is about but I prefer Star Wars and Sims separated, and I want EA to give more love for the sims aliens.
A simmer that plays wow as well? Wow. Ok so I've been busy being a mature student and decided to sim all summer and leave wow for the moment. But I'm horde. Loved that GGnome basement in that hospital.
I don't think it is possible to make an ITF-like pack in the Sims 4, at least not without disappointment, because ITF of TS3 utilized the gameplay characteristics of the Sims 3, particularly the open world and Story Progression, and we can see that the ITF-EP basically serves as a wrap for the Sims 3 in regards to gameplay and lore. Particularly, the descendant system is kind of like a spin-off of TS3's Story Progression, because both system bring a sense of uncertainty and autonomous progression to the gameplay, while SP can also directly affect the descendants. The Sims 4 might need to create an entire gameplay system for such a pack. Furthermore, in the Sims 4, there will be very limited space to spawn the crystal plants, Utopian flowers, nanites, since in TS3, most of these items are spawning on the maps outside of the lots. However, I do like the idea of having a time-travel themed pack. If there is a similar pack, it might be a good idea for the dev team to create a semi-open-world-ish map just for the pack, and I will actually want to buy it.
The alien gnome party has to be the most wholesome hidden room I've seen out of any of these build challenges
